Detection data and optionally input data are received for the at least one property related to the object and at least one light property that corresponds to the at least one property related the object based on the detection signal is determined using a processing unit. A light is then generated and projected to illuminate and/or surround at least a portion of the object, the light being based on the at least one light property to indicate the at least one property related to the object.

摘要: A method for measuring bilirubin levels in a subject. The method can include the steps of providing a sample to be measured from the subject, wherein the sample comprises bilirubin bound to albumin; adding a release agent to the sample, the release agent configured to release the bound bilirubin from the albumin; measuring electrochemical data of the sample using an electrochemical cell; and determining a total serum bilirubin concentration of the sample using the electrochemical data. This method is capable of providing a simpler, faster, and more robust measurement when compared to traditional bilirubin assay methods.

摘要: Disclosed herein are a detection device and a detection method. The detection device comprises: a consumable cassette (1) configured to have a detection side (A) provided with a consumable, the consumable cassette (1) being provided with a circuit board (3) carrying a test information; and a detection instrument configured to read the test information from the circuit board (3) and perform a detection to the consumable based on the test information to obtain a detection result. Also provided is a detection method comprising: providing the detection device (S1); placing the consumable cassette (1) into the detection instrument (S2); obtaining a test information by the detection instrument (S3); determining, according to the test information, whether the consumable is in compliance with a detection requirement (S4); and performing a detection to the consumable by the detection instrument to obtain a detection result when the consumable is in compliance with the detection requirement (S5). The test information is obtained with lower cost. An accuracy and an efficiency of the detection are improved.

摘要: The invention is a method for estimating the amount of analyte in a fluid sample, and in particular in a bodily fluid. The sample is mixed with a reagent able to form a color indicator in the presence of the analyte. The sample is then illuminated by a light beam produced by a light source; an image sensor forms an image of the beam transmitted by the sample, from which image a concentration of the analyte in the fluid is estimated. The method is intended to be implemented in compact analyzing systems. One targeted application is the determination of the glucose concentration in blood.

The sample element has a sample cell and a sample cell wall that does not eliminate transmittance of the beam of radiation in the spectral band.
