    摘要: A headwear using a sheet adhering to aluminum bits, comprises a crown main body having a plurality of panels, a visor portion attached to a forward portion of the peripheral edge of the crown, and a size adjuster attached to an underside of the rear part of the crown. Furthermore, attached to the said headwear and/or the visor portion is a light-reflecting and seemingly luminescent sheet adhering to aluminum bits made in the shapes of numbers, letters, figures and drawings to express logotypes and emblems. The source of the said seeming luminescence is a transparent vinyl sheet and tiny polygon-shaped aluminum bits densely attached to the sheet. A logotype or emblem made of the said sheet adhering to aluminum bits reflects light and thus create the seeming luminescence, stimulating the user's aesthetic sense and raising the product value.

    摘要: In a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device, an isolation pattern is formed on a substrate. The isolation pattern includes an opening that exposes a portion of the substrate. A preliminary polysilicon layer is formed on the substrate and the isolation pattern to partially fill up the opening. A sacrificial layer is formed on the preliminary polysilicon layer. The sacrificial layer is partially etched to expose a portion of the preliminary polysilicon layer formed on a shoulder portion of the isolation pattern. A first polysilicon layer is formed by etching the exposed portion of the preliminary polysilicon layer to enlarge an upper width of the opening. After the etched sacrificial layer is removed, a second polysilicon layer is formed on the first polysilicon layer to fill up the enlarged opening. Because the upper width of the opening is larger than the lower width, no seam or void would be generated in the second polysilicon layer, therefore improving the electrical characteristics and reliability of the device.

    摘要: There is provided an intra coding method that can increase a coding processing speed. In YCbCr image, Cb image and Cr image that are insensitive to human eyes are reduced in size. That is, the Cb image and the Cr image are respectively divided into a plurality of first blocks. Using a sub-sampling, the first block is reduced to a second block. For example, the size of the second block may be reduced to half the size of the first block. The second block can consists of some of the pixels contained in the first block.

    摘要: The present invention refers to dental self-curing resin compositions having enhanced mechanical and physical properties. In particular, the present invention relates to dental self-curing resin compositions consisting of (i) a Paste A composition containing the multifunctional prepolymer mixture of 2,2-bis-[4-(2-hydroxy-3-methacryloxypropoxy)phenyl]propane (“Bis-GMA”) and multifunctional prepolymer formed by substituting hydrogen atoms in hydroxyl group with methacrylate groups in the Bis-GMA molecules, and further containing a diluent, an adhesive monomer, a polymerization initiator, a polymerization inhibitor, a light stabilizer, an antioxidant, an inorganic pigment and an inorganic filler; and ii) a Paste B composition containing the same prepolymer mixture in the Paste A composition, and further containing a diluent, an adhesive monomer, a reductant, a polymerization inhibitor, a light stabilizer, an antioxidant, an inorganic pigment and an inorganic filler. The composition according to the present invention has better physical and mechanical properties than that of conventional compositions and is an ointment-ointment system able to be conveniently used.
