摘要: A simplified screen printing machine includes a base member having a print base with an elastic member for mounting an object to be pressed; a framed stencil sheet assembly including a stencil sheet formed of a porous support and a resin film laminated to the support and a frame member laminated with the stencil sheet; and a pressing device attachably and detachably assembled with the framed stencil sheet assembly for pressing the framed stencil sheet assembly to the base member. The pressing device has an opening for receiving at least a part of the print base therein. When the pressing device with the stencil sheet assembly is disposed on the print base with the object, the print base is at least partly located in the opening to thereby stretch the framed stencil sheet assembly with tension.

摘要: A battery including a separator having a satisfactory ammonia trapping property is speculated to exhibit a less self-discharge and a higher capacity-holding rate. The ammonia trapping property is speculated to be increased with an increasing degree of sulfonation of a constitutive polyolefin fiber. However, a highly sulfonated conventional polyolefin has a deteriorated fiber strength and highly sulfonated portions thereof are peeled or eliminated, and the resulting fiber cannot have a significantly high degree of sulfonation. The invention is therefore intended to provide a separator having an improved ammonia trapping property. The invented separator includes a polyolefin resin fiber having large amounts of introduced sulfonic groups. Specifically, the separator is one containing a fiber obtained by sulfonating a polyolefin resin fiber having an intrinsic viscosity number of 0.2 to 1.0 dl/g, one including a fiber obtained by sulfonating a polyolefin resin fiber and having a BET specific surface area of 0.5 m2/g or more, or one including a fiber obtained by oxidizing a polyolefin fiber and sulfonating the oxidized fiber.

摘要: A vehicular lamp equipped with an extension for covering a gap formed between a lamp body and a reflector. To improve air circulation, the extension includes a lower frame portion which has openings for communicating the area proximate the inner face of the lens with a back area of the extension. The openings are located at left and right positions of the frame portion, respectively. Furthermore, venting holes for communicating between the inside and outside of the lamp body are formed in the lamp body at positions opposed to the openings, and a shroud for introducing air flow along the inner face of the lamp body extends between the venting holes and the openings. The openings ensure a sufficient amount of air flow in the vicinity of the inner face of the lens. Thus, it is possible to prevent the inner face of the lens from becoming misted due to dew condensation.

摘要: A coprocessor system is disclosed in which a CPU in a game machine body and a CPU in a game cartridge are formed by CPU cores having the same architecture and memory mapping functions. The cycle time of a second CPU, for example the CPU in the game cartridge, is shorter than the cycle time of the first CPU, for example the CPU in the game machine body. The first CPU accesses memory during a first time period that is longer than the program memory access time but shorter than the first CPU cycle time. The second CPU accesses the program memory during a second time period, which is the time difference between the end of the first time period and the end of the first CPU's cycle time. The second CPU may also access the program memory during the first time period if no first CPU memory access is pending. Since the first CPU's memory access during the first time period has priority over the second CPU's, the first CPU never waits to access shared memory.

摘要: A liquid crystal (LC) display apparatus using an active matrix driving method includes an LC panel having electrodes of N rows by M columns (where N.gtoreq.2, M .gtoreq.2). Intersections of row electrodes and column electrodes form display dots. A column data generation circuit generates, for each row, column data to be supplied to the LC panel, on the basis of display data representing whether each dot should be turned on or not and values of an orthogonal function having values of -1 or 1. A column electrode driver drives column electrodes of the LC panel on the basis of generated column data. A row data generation circuit generates row data for each column on the basis of a part of values of the orthogonal function. A row electrode driver drives row electrodes of the LC panel on the basis of row data.

摘要: A method and apparatus in which category classes express information content categories that are defined based on object-oriented programming. The information items that are to be collected for each category are set as properties, and an information acquisition method or information process and treatment method is described for each property. After a request input from a user has been converted into a request input format that the system can understand, the request input is classified into category classes, searching is performed, and the information items the system outputs are displayed using the properties of the classes to which the request input belongs. Information searching and collection is accomplished on the basis of the contents described by the methods, and the information is output as comprehensive information in accordance with the request input of the user.
