Abstract: In a control device for a power receiving device that is equipped with a power receiving coil that receives power contactlessly transmitted from a power transmitting coil of a power transmitting device, a switching element provided between the power receiving coil and a load is operated to perform a switching operation to control the output terminal of the power receiving coil. When executing the short-circuit mode that short-circuits between the two, the short-circuit mode is executed so as to avoid a region where the phase of the current in the inverter of the power transmission device is advanced.
