摘要: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell stack, a heat exchanger, an evaporator, a reformer, and a combustor. A fluid unit including at least the heat exchanger, the evaporator, and the reformer is provided at one end of the fuel cell stack in a stacking direction. The combustor is provided inside the evaporator. The combustor has a combustion gas path for discharging a combustion gas produced in the combustor. The reformer is provided at a position in the middle of the combustion gas path.

摘要: In a heat exchanger, a plurality of heat conductive pipes forming first passages are provided between an outer wall plate and an inner wall plate. Air flows through the first passages. Second passages are formed between the heat conductive pipes. An exhaust gas flows through the second passages. Each of the heat conductive pipes has opposite walls limiting the passage width of the first passage. The walls are formed along involute curves. The second passages are formed by providing adjacent heat conductive pipes along the involute curves.

摘要: A method and apparatus for conducting a vehicle performance evaluation test by automatically depressing a control member of the vehicle to be depressed by a vehicle operator uses an actuator of a vehicle performance evaluation test apparatus. The actuator depresses the control member, the actuator having a first end and a second end. The first end of the actuator is fixed to a seat of the vehicle. The second end of the actuator is engaged with the control member of the vehicle. The actuator is caused to exert a depressing force to depress the control member relative to the seat so as to automatically depress the control member.

摘要: A method and an apparatus for plasma etching semiconductor materials by providing an intermediate electrode between the electrodes in a parallel state type plasma etching apparatus, moving the intermediate electrode by a drive mechanism, and continuously changing from a condition of high input power and high self-bias voltage to a condition of low input power and low self-bias voltage while varying the distance between the intermediate electrode and the first electrode and the RF power, thereby to remove damage or deposits that may have been formed on the surface when the semiconductor material was being subjected to processing.

摘要: A fuel cell module includes an oxygen-containing gas regulator valve for distributing and supplying the oxygen-containing gas to the heat exchanger and to the start-up combustor, a raw fuel regulator valve for distributing and supplying the raw fuel to the reformer and to the start-up combustor, and a control device. The control device includes an oxygen-containing gas distribution controller for controlling the oxygen-containing gas regulator valve and a raw fuel distribution controller for controlling the raw fuel regulator valve, each control thereof being performed at least based on any of the temperature of the fuel cell stack, the temperature of the reformer, and the temperature of the evaporator.
