    摘要: A sealing member seals an opening provided at one axial end of a rotatable container body of a toner supply container detachably mountable to an assembly of an image forming apparatus having a hollow cylindrical driving member. The sealing member includes a sealing portion provided at a side adjacent the container body to seal the opening, and a coupling portion provided at a side remote from the container body to receive a rotational drive force. The coupling portion includes a supporting portion provided on the sealing portion, an engaging portion provided at a free end of the supporting portion, and a displacing force receiving portion provided closer to the container body than the engaging portion. The engaging portion includes a rotational force receiving portion being abuttable in a circumferential direction of the driving member, and a locking portion being abuttable in an axial direction of the driving member.

    摘要: Conventionally, the developer in the developer supply container is discharged by an air-supply pump and a suction pump which are provided in the main assembly side of the image forming apparatus, and therefore, the developer is compacted by the increase of the internal pressure of the developer supply container resulting from the air-supply. Therefore, the proper suction of the developer from the developer supply container becomes difficult with the result of shortage of the developer amount to be supplied.A bellow-like pump is provided on the side of the developer supply container, and the pump alternately repeats the suction operation and the discharging operation through the discharge opening by a driving force inputted from the image forming apparatus side. By this, the developer can be sufficiently loosened, thus properly discharging the developer.

    摘要: A door lock device includes an electrical drive source, which pivots a drive member from a predetermined neutral position, and a return urging member, which returns the drive member to the predetermined neutral position. The drive member pushes a locking lever with a first engagement portion and moves the locking lever to a lock position when the drive member moves from the predetermined neutral portion in a first direction in a state in which the locking lever is arranged at an unlock position. The drive member allows the double lock lever to move to the second position and disengages the first engagement portion from the locking lever when subsequently returned to the predetermined neutral position. The drive member pushes the double lock lever with a second engagement portion when moved again from the predetermined neutral position in the first direction.
