摘要: The present invention relates to a particulate filter which comprises a wall-flow filter of length L and two different catalytically active coatings Y and Z, wherein the wall flow filter comprises channels E and A that extend in parallel between a first and a second end of the wall-flow filter and are separated by porous walls which form the surfaces OE and OA, respectively, and wherein the channels E are closed at the second end and the channels A are closed at the first end. The invention is characterized in that the coating Y is located in the channels E on the surfaces OE and the coating Z is located in the porous walls.

摘要: Provided is a method of manufacturing an alkaline-earth-metal-sulfate-loaded support material, the method comprising: providing a first slurry comprising a support material, alkaline-earth-metal ions and an organic compound, wherein the organic compound comprises a functional group selected from a sulfo group (—SO3H), a sulfonyl group (—S(═O)2—) and a sulfinyl group (—S(═O)—); spray drying the first slurry to provide a spray-dried powder; and heating the spray-dried powder to form an alkaline-earth-metal-sulfate-loaded support material.

摘要: The exhaust gas purification device includes a substrate, a first catalyst layer, and a second catalyst layer. The substrate includes an upstream end and a downstream end. The first catalyst layer contains first catalyst particles and lies on the substrate across a first region extending between the upstream end and a first position. The first position is at a first distance from the upstream end toward the downstream end. The second catalyst layer contains second catalyst particles and lies on the first catalyst layer across the first region. The second catalyst layer is provided with pores. Pore connectivity of the second catalyst layer is 5% to 35%. A mean value of areas of the pores of the second catalyst layer in a cross-sectional backscattered electron image of the second catalyst layer may be 0.7 μm2 to 9.0 μm2.

摘要: A catalyst for purification of exhaust gas including a substrate, and a catalyst coat layer which is formed on a surface of the substrate and contains catalyst particles, wherein the catalyst coat layer has an average thickness ranging 25 to 150 μm, a void fraction, as determined by scanning electron microscope observation of a cross-section of the catalyst coat layer, ranging 1.5 to 8.0% by volume, 60 to 90% by volume of all voids in the catalyst coat layer are high-aspect ratio pores which have equivalent circle diameters ranging 2 to 50 μm in a cross-sectional image of a cross-section of the catalyst coat layer perpendicular to a flow direction of exhaust gas in the substrate, and which ratios of 5 or higher, the high-aspect ratio pores have an average aspect ratio ranging 10 to 50, and a noble metal is supported on the entire catalyst coat layer.

摘要: A method for preparing a molecular sieve SCR (selective catalytic reduction) catalyst and a prepared catalyst therethrough. In the method, several molecular sieves are mixed and modified by transition metal or rare-earth metal via ion exchange, then loaded Fe by equivalent-volume impregnation, and loaded Cu by one or more liquid ion exchange. This present invention, combined with several techniques, such as modification of stable molecular sieve by transition and rare-earth metal, Fe loading by equivalent-volume impregnation and Cu loading by one or more liquid ion exchange, and after through stable and effective modification and loading control, the obtained catalyst material is coated on a carrier substrate via size mixing and coating process to be prepared into an integral catalyst.

摘要: A supported catalyst for decomposing an organic substance that includes a support and a catalyst particle supported on the support. The catalyst particle contains a perovskite-type composite oxide represented by AxByMzOw, where the A contains at least one selected from Ba and Sr, the B contains Zr, the M is at least one selected from Mn, Co, Ni and Fe, y+z=1, x≥0.995, z≤0.4, and w is a positive value satisfying electrical neutrality. A film thickness of a catalyst-supporting film supported on the support and containing the catalyst particle is 5 μm or more, or a supported amount as determined by normalizing a mass of the catalyst particle supported on the support by a volume of the support is 45 g/L or more.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a substrate containing passive NOx adsorption (PNA) materials for treatment of gases, and washcoats for use in preparing such a substrate. Also provided are methods of preparation of the PNA materials, as well as methods of preparation of the substrate containing the PNA materials. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to a coated substrate containing PNA materials for PNA systems, useful in the treatment of exhaust gases. Also disclosed are exhaust treatment systems, and vehicles, such as diesel or gasoline vehicles, particularly light-duty diesel or gasoline vehicles, using catalytic converters and exhaust treatment systems using the coated substrates.

摘要: A zeolite catalyst capable of maintaining a high conversion of raw materials over a long period of time, and a method of producing a lower olefin stably over a long period of time using the zeolite catalyst is to be provided.A CON zeolite catalyst containing aluminum (Al) as a constituent element, wherein the CON zeolite catalyst has a ratio ((A2/A1)×100 (%)) of an integrated intensity area (A2) of signal intensity in a range from 57.5 ppm to 70 ppm to an integrated intensity area (A1) of signal intensity in a range from 45 ppm to 70 ppm is not less than 49.0% when analyzed by 27Al-MAS-NMR is prepared, and a lower olefin is produced by a MTO process using the zeolite catalyst.
