    摘要: In an actuator of a bonding apparatus, a rotating body 16 that has a bonding head is rotatably supported on a supporting carrier having the same shape as magnetic path members 32L and 32R, and coil portions 40 and 42 are disposed on both outer sides of this supporting carrier. Rectilinear magnetic fields created by the coil portions 40 and 42 and a circumferential magnetic field created by permanent magnets of the rotating body 16 act cooperatively via magnetic path members 32L and 32R in which a plurality of magnetic paths are formed, so that the rotating body 16 makes a movement combining rotation and a linear movement along the Y axis in accordance with the respective driving of the coil portions 40 and 42. The rotating body 16 is movable along the X and Y axes by the shape of the magnetic paths of the magnetic path members.

    摘要: An offset measuring mechanism and method used in a bonding apparatus, in which the object plane of a position detection camera is set on a hypothetical bonding working plane, and the image of imaging elements within the imaging plane is projected onto a bonding working plane. Furthermore, the tip end of a bonding tool is aligned with the bonding working plane. The object plane of the offset measuring camera is set on the bonding working plane, and the image on the bonding working plane is projected onto the imaging elements of the imaging plane of the offset measuring camera.     摘要: A medication packaging apparatus for packaging solid medications specified by prescriptions at a hospital, pharmacy, etc. The medication packaging apparatus is equipped with: a plurality of tablet cases which hold solid medications separately by type; a turntable which is located under the tablet cases and which turns to receive and gather the medications at the outer periphery thereof by the centrifugal force thereof; a guide which is formed around the turntable and which has a dispensing port; and a heat sealing mechanism for forming a roll of thermally weldable packaging paper into small bags in succession. The mechanism for collecting the medications which have been released from the tablet cases can be made thinner and therefore, the entire medication packaging apparatus can be made smaller.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to prevent a pouch 6 from being broken when it is separated from the rest along a perforation 9 by providing the perforation 9 for separating the pouch 6 and a notch 10 for tearing the pouch, where the direction of said notch intersecting that of the perforation. A sheet of wrapping paper 1 comprises a polypropylene layer and a polyethylene layer formed on a surface of the polypropylene layer for thermal welding. The wrapping paper 1 additionally comprises a printable white layer 4 formed on the other surface of the polypropylene layer and designed to be exposed to the outside when the wrapping paper is longitudinally folded into two halves with the polyethylene layer 3 facing inside. The folded wrapping paper 1 is then thermally welded to produce a plurality of continuously arranged pouches 6 for containing doses. A thermally welded transversal edge section 7 which is perpendicular to longitudinal direction of the wrapping paper has a perforation 9 for the separation of the pouches. A notch 10 is formed at a position along the perforation 9 and in a direction intersecting that of the perforation so that the separated notch can be torn from there.
