An inner face 17a of a first folded piece 17 is folded on the inner face 13c of the base piece 13, and the curved portion 1g of the lead line set 1e is sandwiched between the base piece 13 and the first folded piece 17. Thereafter, an inner face 21a of a second folded piece 21 is folded on an outer face 17e of the first folded piece 17, and the lead line set 1e portion that is slightly nearer the distal end than the lead line set 1e portion that is folded along a folding line X is sandwiched between the first and the second folded pieces 17 and 21.

    摘要： The lever switch has a shaft, an operating body turnable around the shaft, and a contact assembly. The contact assembly includes a movable contact piece turning in response to the turn of the operating body, a fixed contact piece secured to the shaft and slidingly contacting the movable contact piece, and a movable contact piece retainer disposed between the operating body and the fixed contact piece for retaining the movable contact piece. The movable contact piece retainer is opposed to the operating body and the fixed contact piece in the longitudinal direction of the shaft. A first clearance is provided between the movable contact piece retainer and the fixed contact piece in the longitudinal direction of the shaft, and a second clearance is provided between the movable contact piece retainer and the operating body in the longitudinal direction of the shaft.

    摘要： A pair of bosses are formed in the vicinity of a cut out portion of a lower casing from which a lead circuit section, which is integrally formed with a switch circuit section a flexible printed circuitry is led out. Three engagement holes are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the lead circuit section with predetermined intervals at both end portions of a widthwise direction thereof. The lead circuit section is folded such that all the respective three engagement holes are fitted with the respective bosses while providing surplus length portion in the form of S-shape, and then led out from the cut out portion. The upper casing having a pair of hold-down members are combined with the lower casing such that the hold-down members are engaged with the respective bosses to constitute a casing which serves as a switch unit.

    摘要： An attachment and connection structure of an electrical equipment unit is provided. The electrical equipment unit is provided with a connector. When the electrical equipment unit is inserted into a unit receiving portion, the connector 21 can be connected to a mating connector of a unit receiving portion at the same time. A guide wall is formed unitarily on the connector, and a guide receiving portion for receiving the guide wall is provided to the unit receiving portion. The mating connector is disposed in the vicinity of the guide receiving portion. The guide wall also serves as part of the outer walls of the connector. The guide wall protrudes from the both sides and the front edge of the connector. After the guide wall is engaged with the guide receiving portion, engagement of both connectors starts.
