摘要： An apparatus, system, and method are disclosed for determining a read voltage threshold for solid-state storage media. A data set read module reads a data set from storage cells of solid-state storage media. The data set is originally stored in the storage cells with a known bias. A deviation module determines that a read bias for the data set deviates from the known bias. A direction module determines a direction of deviation for the data set. The direction of deviation is based on a difference between the read bias of the data set and the known bias. An adjustment module adjusts a read voltage threshold for the storage cells of the solid-state storage media based on the direction of deviation.

摘要： Optical microstructures, such as microlenses, are fabricated by rotating a cylindrical platform that includes a radiation sensitive layer thereon, about its axis, while simultaneously axially rastering a laser beam across at least a portion of the radiation sensitive layer. The cylindrical platform is also simultaneously translated axially while it is being rotated. The amplitude of the laser beam is continuously varied while rastering. The optical microstructures that are imaged in the radiation sensitive layer can be developed to provide a master for replicating a microlenses.

The interleaver receives the codeword and provides an interleaved codeword. The first RSC encoder is for receiving the codeword and providing first parity bits in accordance with the codeword. The second RSC encoder is for receiving the interleaved codeword from the interleaver and providing second parity bits in accordance with the interleaved codeword. The puncturer is for receiving the codeword, the first parity bits and the second parity bits, and for puncturing at least the first and second parity bits in accordance with a pattern of a desired code rate. The mapper is for receiving the punctured parity bits, and for providing signal sets in accordance with the desired code rate.

The first hook is smaller than the second hook.
