摘要： Disclosed is an electrophotographic member containing as a charge transport material a fluorine-containing N,N,N',N'-tetraarylbenzidine derivative which is remarkably excellent in solubility in an organic solvent and/or a binder such as polycarbonate resin, etc., can show very excellent electrophotographic properties such as high sensitivity, low residual potential and high durability. Further, a fluorine-containing N,N,N',N'-tetraarylbenzidine derivative usable as a charge transport material, and a process for producing the same are disclosed. Furthermore, a fluorine-containing diarylamine usable for producing the fluorine-containing N,N,N',N'-tetraarylbenzidine derivative, and a process for producing the same are disclosed.

A method of manufacturing the head comprises: making a face plate having an upper turnback which defines a front zone of the crown portion; making a crown plate which defines a back zone of the crown portion; making a hollow main shell having a front opening, a top opening and an in-between lateral frame defining a middle zone of the crown portion; and welding the face and crown plats to the main shell to cover the openings.

A transmitting diffraction grating, when light of wavelengths λ1, λ2 and λ3 within the ranges 0.46≦λ1≦0.50 μm (blue light), 0.53≦λ2≦0.57 μm (green light), 0.60≦λ3≦0.64 μm (red light) is incident at angle θi, the maximum diffraction angle for diffractive efficiency of each wavelength is within the range from −5 degrees to +5 degrees.
