    摘要: A primary compact is formed as a resin article by using a single die to thereby integrally mold a connector housing, a rear holder, and a lock spacer so that the attaching directions of such parts are the same direction. In an assembling process, the connector housing is detached from the primary compact. Subsequently, the rear holder adjoining the connector housing is detached from a sub-runner. Then, a terminal slipping-off preventing piece of the rear holder is inserted into a terminal insertion opening of the connector housing from above the terminal insertion opening. Thereafter, the lock spacer adjoining the rear holder is detached from the sub-runner and inserted into a latching concave portion of the connector housing from above in such a manner as to be in a temporarily caught state. Thus, the parts are assembled into a connector.

    摘要: There is provided a press-fit connector 20 in which connecting faces 21a and 22a of a cover 21 and a 22 are moved in a direction in which both the connecting faces approach each other and moved to connecting position, the connector housing 22 is provided with a plurality of partition walls 24 for partitioning the housing into terminal accommodating chambers 23, the cover 21 is also provided with a plurality of partition walls at positions opposed to the former partitioning walls, both the partitioning walls 24 move in a direction in which they approach each other when the connecting faces moved to the connecting position, and tip end faces of both the partitioning walls 24 roughly abut against each other at the connecting position. When the connecting faces move to the connecting position, the positioning operation is started before the press-fit terminals and the partitioning walls of the cover 21 which are opposed to the press-fit terminals come to the position where they can come into contact with each other, and if a direction in which the partitioning walls 24 extend is defined as an extending direction, positioning projections 32a and positioning recesses 32b for positioning the cover 21 and the connector housing 22 in a direction S perpendicular to the extending direction T.

    摘要: A terminal connection structure for a flat circuit belt includes a flexible flat cable (FFC) (21) and a plurality of connection terminals (22) fixed to the end portion of the FFC 21. The FFC comprises a plurality of conductive strips (23) arranged in parallel to each other at a predetermined interval, and a pair of base films (24) sandwiching the conductive films. Each connection terminal corresponds to one of the conductive strip. The connection terminal has a base plate (28) and projections (31) rising from the longitudinal edges of the base plate so as to face each other with the base plate between them. The projections pierce through the associated conductive strip. The tips of the facing projections are bent and caulked each other. Each projection has a groove (31A) in its inner face, and the edges of the conductive film are pressed into the grooves of the facing projections.

    摘要: A connector housing has an opening for pressure contacting an insulated wire to an insulation displacing terminal in a terminal accommodating chamber. A housing body has an upper wall and a lower wall one of which defines the opening. A cover is for closing the opening and is connected integrally to the housing body through a hinge. An engagement projection is fixed to an outer surface of the cover at a position opposite to the hinge. When a set of insulation-displacement connectors is joined, the engagement projection is fitted in an engagement recessed part formed on an opposing surface of a mating connector, so that the connector housing and the mating connector are joined with each other. Insulation-displacement connectors are stacked in a vertical direction and each has the engagement projection formed to the cover.

    摘要: A branch connection structure includes a flexible flat cable (FFC)(21) and connection terminals (22) attached to the middle of the FFC. The FFC comprises conductive strips (23) arranged in parallel to each other at a predetermined interval, and a pair of insulating films (24) sandwiching the conductive strips. One or more slits (25) extend between any two adjacent conductive strips to define a plurality of separated regions (27) in the middle of the FFC, each region including one of the conductive strips. The connection terminal has conductive teeth (31) and a pair of retainers (30) positioned on both sides of the conductive teeth. The conductive teeth pierce through the conductive strip of the separated region from the rear surface of the FFC, and the tips of the conductive teeth are bent so as to pierce again into the conductive strip from the top surface of the separated region. The retainers firmly hold the separated region at both sides of the conductive teeth without touching the conductive strip, and the FFC is folded back at the terminal connectors.

    摘要: A press-connecting terminal includes a bottom plate, a pair of side plates which are extended upwardly in the same direction from opposite sides of the bottom plate, and a pair of press-contact blades which are extended from the pair of side plates and are opposed to each other in such a manner that they are located above the bottom plate. In the press-connecting terminal, an end portion of a covered wire is press-fitted in between the press-contact blades so that a conductor of the covered wire is electrically connected to the press-contact blades. The press-connecting terminal further includes a wire accommodating section (e.g., a hole (17) or an arcuate recess (23)) which is formed in the bottom plate such that the wire accommodating section is located below the press-contact blades. In the press-connecting terminal, the covered wire is press-fitted in between the press-contact blades, and a part of a cover of the covered wire on the bottom plate side is set in the wire accommodating section. This increases the holding force of the press-contact blades on the conductor.

    摘要: This invention provides a diagnostic mechanism of a differential pressure type mass flow controller comprising a diagnostic parameter calculating section that obtains a mass flow rate integrated value by means of an integrating calculation from the lowering pressure value of an inlet side sensor among the inlet side sensor and an outlet side sensor arranged in communication respectively at the inlet side and the outlet side of a differential pressure generating resistive element that generates a differential pressure between the inlet and the outlet by changing a flow rate control valve arranged on the channel where a fluid flows from a flow rate control state to a closed state, and further obtains a diagnostic volume value from the obtained mass flow rate integrated value, and a comparing section that compares the diagnostic volume value obtained at the diagnostic parameter calculating section with a specified volume value.
