摘要: An electronic photographing apparatus including a photosensor for converting an optical image, which enters through an objective lens, to an electric signal, and two comparators to which a video signal obtained by signal-processing the electric signal is supplied. Supplied to the comparators, respectively, are a reference voltage slightly lower than the saturation level of the video signal and a reference voltage slightly higher than the black level of the video signal. The comparators convert the video signal to a binary signal according to the reference voltages. The binary signals are supplied to a video signal processing circuit and are converted to a binary video signal. When the binary video signal is supplied to the display of an electric finder, an image which is over- or/and underexposed is displayed on the display. When the binary signal is supplied to an automatic exposure unit, the exposure of the scene is automatically controlled according to the over- or/and underexposure.

摘要: A deposition apparatus includes a processing chamber internally having a reduced-pressure space for deposition process to be carried out therein, a base material holding member for holding a base material to be subjected to the deposition process, a target support member for supporting a target thereon, and a power supply unit for applying electric power to the target support member to generate a plasma in the reduced-pressure space. In the deposition apparatus, deposition process is carried out by using the target, which has a recess portion in its surface and in which a powder target formed of a powder material is placed in an inner surface of the recess portion. Thus, the in-plane uniformity of deposition rate is improved and a stable film deposition is fulfilled.

摘要: A plasma processing method capable of processing an object with fine linear portions. The method employs a plate-shaped insulator that is disposed adjacent to a plate-shaped electrode. In the method, a discharge gas containing an inert gas is supplied to a vicinity of an object to be processed from one gas exhaust port located near the plate-shaped electrode, out of at least two-line gas exhaust ports which are disposed adjacent the plate-shaped electrode. The exhaust ports are formed on opposite sides of the plate-shaped insulator and are different in distance to the plate-shaped electrode. A discharge control gas is supplied from the other gas exhaust port to the vicinity of the object. Simultaneously with the supply of the gases, electric power is supplied to the plate-shaped electrode or the object, by which plasma processing of the processing object is carried out.
