The system may employ a variety of communication protocols and physical architectures. The system may include an access controller that may connect a plurality of intelligent electronic devices and may be the primary interface with an information system or central monitoring system. The access controller may include a programmable logic engine in compliance with the IEC-61131-3 standard. The access controller may further be configured to implement rules designed to govern actions taken as a result of network information.

摘要： The invention proposes the use of a piezoelectric crystal element as an actuator for data storage systems. In particular, the piezoelectric crystal element mechanically positions a head with respect to a data storage medium. More specifically, the invention may use a piezoelectric laminate crystal structure as a fine positioning actuator in a magnetic tape system in order to precisely position one or more heads with respect to tracks of the magnetic tape. Furthermore, in order to address hysteresis in the piezoelectric crystal element, the invention proposes the introduction of a high frequency periodic signal as part of the input to the piezoelectric crystal element.

摘要： A servo head comprising a write gap with a non-uniform width is described. It allows non-uniform width servo marks to be recorded on magnetic media. A servo head having a non-uniform width gap may create servo marks that facilitate servo position error signal calculations using time-based methods, amplitude-based methods, or both. This invention provides alternative methods for positioning servo heads and may increase reliability and precision by allowing redundant calculations.

摘要： Novel polyethylene copolymer compositions prepared with a homogeneous catalyst system are characterized by having a unique high molecular weight, low comonomer (high density) fraction. These heterogeneous/homogeneous compositions may be prepared using a solution polymerization process in which the polymerization reactor contains a gradient in temperature, catalyst concentration or monomer concentration. The heterogeneous/homogeneous compositions of this invention are easily processed into films having excellent tear strengths and low hexane extractables.

The horizontal drive electrodes and/or movable electrode can be configured to eliminate or reduce rate bias and scale factor errors resulting from the displacement of the movable electrode in the direction of a sense axis of the device.

A processing control manager resides on the device to monitor status conditions over time during the blood processing procedure. A data interface also resides on the device. The data interface includes a flash memory data storage medium formatted to allocate discrete block file spaces to receive data. Chronologic data or time-specific data are created based upon sensed conditions by a data generator task, which also resides on the device. A file manager task appends chronologic data to an allocated file space to create a chronologic block file, which, when read, provides a time-ordered account of processing activities or hardware conditions. The file manager also operates to block-write time-specific data to another allocated file space, which, when read, creates a snap-shot of processing conditions at a given point in time. The data file structure created on the flash memory medium withstands corruption of data due to power failure.

A developer and a transaction institution enter into an agreement for the developer to purchase a pool of real estate assets at a price above market value. The pool has REO parcels and delinquent loans, each loan secured by a mortgage encumbering a parcel. Pursuant to the agreement the developer obtains some or all of the encumbered parcels by foreclosure, consent sales, and short sales, renovates some of the REO and obtained parcels, leases some of them and pays part of the rent to the transaction institution, and sells some of them and pays part of the sales revenue to the transaction institution.
