摘要： An intrabuccally rapidly disintegrating tablet which is manufactured by a simple method, has an enough practical hardness and is rapidly disintegrated in the buccal cavity and its production method. The intrabuccally rapidly disintegrating tablet is produced by growing a powder material into a granulated material with a fixed particle diameter, the powder material including a sugar alcohol or a saccharide as main ingredient, each of which is first particle having an average particle diameter of not more than 30 μm, by mixing thus obtained granulated material with an active ingredient and a disintegrant, and by compressing the mixture into a predetermined shape.

The apparatus is designed such that the amount of the gas supplied into the lubricant application means is adjusted based on the oxygen concentration measured by the oxygen concentration measuring means 131a.

The trace of the primitive concave portion, which is formed in the step of forming a tooth surface and left on the toothed power transmission member, serves as the oil reservoir.

The powder material spray port for upper punch is provided along the rotary orbit of the upper punches and is elongated more than the powder material spray port for lower punch.

摘要： A hollow rack shaft is manufactured through a first step, a second step and a third step. At the first step, the plate-like workpiece of substantial rectangular shape is press formed into a gutter-like shape. The first die set used at this step is provided with slant die surfaces for canceling elastic recovering generated at the workpiece when the workpiece is removed from the first die set. At the second step, a row of rack teeth is press-formed on the flat bottom portion of the workpiece formed in the first step. The die set used at the second step is provided with a recess for releasing surplus workpiece material within the die clearance at a stroke end of the pressworking. At the third step, each of a pair of legs of the workpiece is bent in a semi-circular shape so as to be butted to each other. At this time, a mandrel is inserted between the legs of the workpiece.

摘要： An oil pump to be installed to an engine of an automotive vehicle. The oil pump includes a section defining a suction port and a section defining a discharge port. A main unit of the oil pump has a section defining a plurality of pump chambers. Volume of each pump chamber continuously changes to increase and decrease under driving of the engine so as to pressurize oil sucked through the suction port and discharge the oil through the discharge port. A section defining an oil chamber to which the oil flows is provided such that the oil chamber has a vertically upper side which is communicated with the discharge port through a communicating hole.

摘要： To accurately detect a trouble of a magnetic brake (2) by eliminating any effect of a temperature of a location at which an elevator is installed, a temperature sensor (3) is arranged to measure a temperature of the magnetic brake (2). When an armature (2c) has been attracted responsive to a brake release command, the temperature of the magnetic brake is measured as a first temperature, and before the armature returns responsive to a brake actuation command, the temperature of the magnetic brake is measured as a second temperature. The first and second temperatures are compared with each other. When a result of the comparison between the first and second temperatures is determined to be greater than a predetermined value, the magnetic brake (2) is determined to have been locked and hence, to have developed a trouble.
