    摘要: A heat-treating apparatus which heat-treats a multiple of objects such as a plate or the like, with a batch scheme. A reaction chamber houses the multiple of the objects to be treated. An electrical heater is provided outside of the reaction chamber for heat-treating the multiple of objects to be treated at a predetermined temperature. A temperature detector detects a temperature within the reaction chamber and has main and reserve temperature detectors. A damage detector detects damage to the main and reserve temperature detectors. A controller controls the electrical heater normally in accordance with a detection output from the main temperature detector of the temperature detector. When the damage of the main temperature detector is detected by the damage detector, the controller controls the electrical heater in accordance with a detection output from the reserve temperature detector of the temperature detector.

    摘要: The invention provides a superoxide dismutase derivative of the general formula[SOD][Z].sub.nwherein [SOD] represents a superoxide dismutase having 1 to 22 or 24 groups each derived from an amino group by removal of one hydrogen atom in lieu of amino groups; [Z] represents a monovalent copolymer group, constituting units of which are a group of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 each represents a hydrogen atom or a residue derived by removal of a hydroxyl group from an alkanol of 1 to 8 carbon atoms, an ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether containing an alkyl moiety of 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a glycerin dialkyl ether containing alkyl moieties of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, provided that either R.sup.1 or R.sup.2 and either R.sup.3 or R.sup.4 each represents a hydrogen atom, and a residue derived from the group of the above-mentioned formula by removal of OR.sup.1, OR.sup.2, OR.sup.3 or OR.sup.4 group from one of its COOR.sup.1, COOR.sup.2, COOR.sup.3 and COOR.sup.4 groups (where the bond on the carbon atom of the carbonyl group is attached to [SOD]), said monovalent copolymer group having an average molecular weight of 500 to 200,000; and n represents an integer of 1 to 22 or 24 corresponding to the number of said groups each derived from an amino group by removal of one hydrogen atom in said [SOD], or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.     摘要: This invention is a method of determining set temperature trajectories for a heat treatment system that conducts a first heat treatment process and a second heat treatment process to an object to be processed. The method comprises the steps of: conducting the first heat treatment process to a first test object to be processed, by using a temporary first set temperature trajectory; measuring a result of the first heat treatment process produced on the first test object to be processed; and determining a first set temperature trajectory for the first heat treatment process by correcting the temporary first set temperature trajectory on the basis of the measured result of the first heat treatment process. The method also comprises the steps of: conducting the second heat treatment process to a second test object to be processed to which the first heat treatment process has been conducted by using the determined first set temperature trajectory, by using a temporary second set temperature trajectory; measuring a result of the first heat treatment process and the second heat treatment process produced on the second test object to be processed; and determining a second set temperature trajectory for the second heat treatment process by correcting the temporary second set temperature trajectory on the basis of the measured result of the first heat treatment process and the second heat treatment process.
