    摘要: An illuminated push button switch includes a manipulation knob, a hollow slider, a casing, which vertically guides the slider, a switch element, which is operated by the vertical movement of the slider, and a light source. A front end portion of the slider protrudes forward from the casing. The manipulation knob includes: a body; a skirt portion, which protrudes backward from a peripheral edge of the body and surrounds the front end portion of the slider; connection pieces protruding backward from a rear surface of the body more than the skirt portion and inserted into the slider; and locking holes provided in the connection piece. An inner wall surface of the slider is provided with locking claws which are snapped into the locking holes of the connection pieces so that the manipulation knob is snap-connected to the slider.

    摘要: A lighting unit can form a plurality of light distribution patterns without use of a shield and without an act of shielding light from a light source. The lighting unit can include a laser diode, a fluorescent member with a fluorescent portion configured to receive blue light from the laser diode and emit white light, and a projector type lens configured to project the white light. The fluorescent member can be rotated around a rotation shaft perpendicular to the optical axis of the projector type lens and shaped such that when the fluorescent member is rotated by a predetermined angle by the driving member and viewed from the projector type lens, a plurality of contours of the fluorescent portion can be changed according to the predetermined angle.

    摘要: In a model-based OPC which makes a suitable mask correction for each mask pattern using an optical image intensity simulator, a mask pattern is divided into subregions and the model of optical image intensity simulation is changed according to the contents of the pattern in each subregion. When the minimum dimensions of the mask pattern are smaller than a specific threshold value set near the exposure wavelength, the region is calculated using a high-accuracy model and the other regions are calculated using a high-speed model.
