摘要: A gate oxide layer grown on a semiconductor wafer is liable to be contaminated by organic compound particles in a clean room between the growth of the oxide and the next deposition step, and the semiconductor wafer is sealed in ozonic ambience in a vessel coated with an inner wall of ozone-proof material such as chromium oxide so that the ozone decomposes the organic compound particles without producing new particles.

摘要: The invention provides a boat-type semiconductor wafer carrier which prevents such a situation that, upon wet processing of semiconductor wafers, the wafers carried thereon are displaced from grooves thereof and inclined until they fall down or contact with each other to break themselves or damage the surfaces of them. A holding member for holding down upper portions of the wafers is mounted on the boat-type carrier, and the wafer holding member is removable from the boat-type carrier, and is mounted onto the boat-type carrier to fix the wafers aligned on the boat-type carrier. Transportation of the wafers between processing tanks is performed by transporting the boat-type carrier on which the wafers are carried.

摘要: An infant restraining chair for installation in a corner or other compact area of a bathroom, for restraining an infant while the infant's guardian makes use of bathroom facilities. A chair supporting and surrounding a substantial portion of an infant's body is mounted on top of a column having a cross-section of a generally triangular shape. Arcuate seat belt portions of substantially rigid construction are maintained in a body of the chair normally in a position retracted into the chair, but are selectably extendable out of the chair body to encircle and restrain an infant seated in the chair. A retraction arrangement utilizes force from gravity constantly to bias the seat belt portions into a retracted position. A mechanical locking arrangement may be provided for locking the seat belt portions in a restraining position.

摘要: A folding baby bed has a vertically-long rectangular housing frame body portion which can be fixedly attached to a wall surface, a floor surface, or the like, at a back or bottom portion of the housing frame, and a bed portion provided at a frontal upper half portion of the housing frame body portion, the bed portion being pivotally attached to the housing frame body portion at opposite sides so that the bed portion can be horizontally extended and vertically folded so as to be housed in the housing frame body portion. When the bed portion is either in a vertically folded state or in a horizontally extended state, the state can be safely maintained by a supporting spring.

摘要: In AD conversion of a voltage under measurement, data continuity is ensured between the result of conversion after amplification by using an amplifier circuit and the result of direct conversion without using the amplifier circuit. In AD conversion operation using a DA converter circuit, an amplifier circuit, and an AD converter circuit under the direction of a control circuit, an analog signal output from the DA converter circuit is directly converted by the AD converter circuit, and also the analog signal is converted therein after amplified by the amplifier circuit with an expected gain of 2n (“n” represents a positive integer). Based on resultant data thus obtained, a gain of the amplifier circuit and an offset thereof are calculated. An analog signal under measurement to be enhanced in bit precision is subjected to amplification by the amplifier circuit and conversion by the AD converter circuit, the offset calculated as mentioned above is subtracted from the result of the conversion, and the result of the subtraction thus performed is multiplied by a ratio of the expected gain to the gain calculated as mentioned above so as to cancel a gain error. Then, based on data with the gain error canceled, acquisition of bit-extended conversion result data is performed to ensure continuity between data having different degrees of bit precision.

摘要: A blow molding device capable of securely holding a built-in part in a prescribed position in an interior of a blow molded article with a compact equipment. The blow molding device includes a blow mold and a built-in part holding unit. The built-in part holding unit includes a holding rod adapted to hold the built-in part and arranged to freely advance and retreat to be removed from the blow mold. The blow mold includes a slide core in each of two mold members so as to freely advance and retreat relative to a cavity of the blow mold, and a drive control pin in each of mating faces of split two mold members, and the drive control pin and the slide core are linked with a linking member. The slide core is driven with the drive control pin such that when the blow mold is closed, the slide core retreats from an interior of the cavity to a molding surface defining the same at the same speed as the closing speed of the blow mold.
