    摘要: An apparatus for estimating rotor position for brushless motors capable of accurately estimating rotor position even though power source voltage fluctuates is provided. First, the power source voltage is detected, and voltage is supplied only for a certain period of time and a current response is detected. The current detection value is multiplied by the ratio of a reference voltage to the power source voltage detected to correct the current detection value. Specifically, the peak current detection value is corrected upwardly or downwardly in each direction. A voltage supplying direction in which the current detection value is maximized is searched for to estimate the rotor position and a brushless motor is started.

    摘要: An apparatus for estimating rotor position for brushless motors capable of accurately estimating rotor position is provided. The apparatus may be used as a start-up system for brushless motors. The apparatus performs accurate estimation even though power source voltage fluctuates, and is able to provide compact configuration. The apparatus supplies voltage to the coils respectively. In each supplying period, the apparatus counts voltage supply period of time until current value reaches to a current threshold value. Since a coil indicative of rotor stop position is prone to be magnetically saturated. The apparatus estimates the rotor stop position based on the voltage supply periods. Then, the apparatus starts a switching sequence based on the rotor stop position.

    摘要: In a DC to DC converter, a transformer circuit includes a primary winding and a secondary winding member composed of series-connected first to fourth secondary windings having one and the other ends.     摘要: Upward variations of a molten metal level in a container for melting metallic material shall be carried out by detecting variations of a liquid level inside a detector connected to a gas-pipeline, wherein a rise in the pipeline pressure causes the liquid level to move down. Communication is established by means of a gas-pipeline 13 for inert gas between that portion of a container for melting metallic material which is above a molten metal surface 15a and that portion of a detector 16 comprising a transparent tubular container 18 which is above a liquid surface 17a. Variations of the liquid level 17a inside the detector 16 due to a rise in the pressure inside the above-mentioned gas-pipeline 13 are detected as upward variations of the level of the molten metal surface.

    摘要: There is provided an injection apparatus comprised of a heating cylinder which is closed by a front end member having a nozzle. The apparatus is further comprised of a plasticating screw in the heating cylinder in a freely rotating and reciprocating manner, and a plunger connected to the front end of the screw. The plunger has a conical front end in which flow channels are formed. The front end member has a measuring chamber formed therein at an internal central location thereof. The measuring chamber has a predetermined length and an internal diameter which is reduced by 8 to 15% with respect to an internal diameter of the heating cylinder. The diameter of the injection plunger is set almost equal to the diameter of the measuring chamber, whereby the injection plunger is inserted into the measuring chamber in a freely reciprocating manner. A gap is formed on the external peripheral surface of the plunger due to the difference between the heating cylinder internal diameter and the plunger diameter, and the gap functions as a plastication-accelerating block. The block is formed so as to have a distance longer than an injection stroke, whereby uniform plastication is achieved and uneven temperature in the material is eliminated. Further, the plunger advance blocks the gap, which leads to uniform density and precise measurement of the material.
