摘要: A system for monitoring a fill level of a container includes a wireless module disposed on the container including an enclosure, a processor and a wireless transceiver disposed within the enclosure, and a cable mounted to the enclosure. A first pressure sensor is attached to an end of the cable distal from the enclosure and a second pressure sensor is attached to an opposite end within the enclosure. The enclosure is mounted outside of the container. The cable is inserted into the container such that the first pressure sensor is disposed near a bottom of the container. The first pressure sensor measures a pressure at the bottom of the container. The second pressure sensor measures a pressure outside of the container. The readings from the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor are cross-correlated to determine a net pressure for use in calculating the fill level of the container.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a fluid level sensing system for sensing a fluid level in a well. The system has an upper housing in communication with a lower housing, with the lower housing having a first bore in communication with a fluid in the well, and a second bore isolated from the first bore and in communication with at least one of a vacuum gauge or an external vacuum source. The upper and lower housings house a first flexible bag and a second flexible bag, with the first bag housed within the second bag. A portion of the first bag communicates with the first bore and is responsive to a change in pressure within the first bore caused by a changing fluid level in the well. A portion of the second bag communicates with the second bore and exerts a reference pressure on the first bag. A sensing subsystem senses expanding and contracting movement of the bags and generates a signal indicative of a change in a level of the fluid in the well.

摘要: A method includes receiving wavelength domain data for a time step, performing a Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) to transform the wavelength domain data for the time step into frequency domain data for the time step only for the limited set of frequency bins associated with a frequency of interest, calculating pressure based on the frequency domain data for the time step, and updating the frequency of interest and the limited set of frequency bins. The method includes repeating receiving wavelength data for subsequent time steps, performing a DFT to transform the wavelength data for the respective subsequent time steps, calculating pressure for each subsequent time step, and updating the frequency of interest and limited set of frequency bins for each subsequent time step. The method includes outputting pressure data based on calculating pressure for the subsequent time steps.

摘要: An extracorporeal blood circulation system monitors blood level in a reservoir which temporarily stores the blood. A memory storage unit stores blood pressure measurements from a pressure sensor monitoring a blood pressure within a tube unit conveying blood from the reservoir relative to atmosphere. A processing unit that detects a height of a top surface of the blood stored in the reservoir based on changes in the blood pressure measurements and a conservation of mechanical energy of a blood flow inside the tube unit. A notification is generated if an abnormality is detected in the height of the blood in the reservoir.

摘要: Systems and methods related to dispensing fluid and controlling a dispensing operation. The system includes a fluid dispenser including an inlet and an outlet, the dispenser being operable to start and stop the flow of the fluid from the outlet onto a substrate. The system also includes a fluid supply reservoir adapted to hold the fluid, and having an outlet coupled in fluid communication with the inlet of the fluid dispenser to establish a flow path for the fluid between the fluid supply reservoir and the outlet of the fluid dispenser. The fluid supply reservoir further includes a pneumatic input coupled to an air flow path adapted to receive pressurized air for forcing the fluid from the outlet of the reservoir. An electronic air flow meter device is operatively coupled to the air flow path to produce electrical output signals.
