Abstract: A resource configuration method, system and device for a Single-Cell Multicast Control Channel (SC-MCCH) are provided. In the method, a base station sends a system broadcast message, which includes configuration information of the SC-MCCH configured by the base station, the configuration information includes a Modification Period (MP) of the SC-MCCH and time-domain location information of the SC-MCCH, and the configuration information further includes at least one of: a Repetition Period (RP) of the SC-MCCH, configuration information of SC-MCCH change notification information, and a value tag.

Abstract: Provided are methods and devices for allocating and processing sub-frame resources. In the methods, under the condition that a Multicast Channel (MCH) Scheduling Period (MSP) exceeds a Common Sub-frame allocation Period (CSP), an allocation manner for allocating Multicast Broadcast over Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) sub-frame resources to each MCH and a Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) in the MCH is determined; and the allocation manner is notified to User Equipment (UE). According to the technical solutions provided above, under the condition that the MSP exceeds the CSP, MBMS resource scheduling may be implemented, the UE may be ensured to correctly receive a required MBMS, and user experiences may be improved.

Abstract: A method and device for managing vehicles in Internet of Vehicles (IOV) are provided. The present disclosure solves the problem in the related art that the network side equipment fails to allocate and release resources for vehicles in the IOV timely, thereby improving the efficiency in managing vehicles in the IOV.

Abstract: A vehicle group management method is provided. In a coverage area of a Road Side Unit, it is determined by the RSU or a designated vehicle whether state information of a plurality of vehicle groups meets a first preset condition for integrating the vehicle groups or a second preset condition for splitting the vehicle groups. The designated vehicle has a management right for managing the vehicle groups. If the determination result is yes, the vehicle groups are integrated according to the first preset condition, or the vehicle groups are splitted according to the second preset condition. Additionally, a vehicle in the integrated vehicle groups or the split vehicle groups is designated as the designated vehicle.

Abstract: Disclosed are an MBMS bearer-based method and system for querying a node state in cluster communication and a storage medium. The method comprises: a cluster service application server transmits to a network node employing a multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) bearer for transmitting a cluster service a request message for reporting a node state, receives node state information reported by the network node, selects, on the basis of the node state information, a mode for transmitting the cluster service, and mitigates impacts of congestion or overload on a target UE receiving the cluster service; the node state information comprises a congestion/overload identifier, an MBMS service area identifier, an MBMS service identifier, a congestion/overload start/end identifier. The technical solution of embodiments of the present invention mitigates the impacts of congestion or overload on the cluster service, thus enhancing user experience with the service.
