Provided are an information transmission method and apparatus, and computer storage medium. The method includes following steps: a base station or a second user equipment (UE) sends instruction information to a first UE, where the instruction information is used for instructing the first UE to report at least one of acknowledgement information or channel quality information through a first interface or a second interface; if the base station or the second UE receives the acknowledgement information sent by the first UE, the base station or the second UE determines whether to retransmit data through the first interface according to the acknowledgement information; if the base station or the second UE receives the channel quality information sent by the first UE, the base station or the second UE determines a wireless transmission parameter of the first interface according to the channel quality information.

A method and a system for controlling signaling connection between a network and a terminal are disclosed. The method includes: an MME judges whether the number of times of a terminal receiving and transmitting data in a predetermined statistical period reaches a predetermined times threshold, and if a judgment result is yes, determining that the terminal has entered a state of receiving and transmitting data frequently; the MME maintains signaling connection with the terminal; a PGW judges whether the number of times of the terminal receiving and transmitting in a predetermined lag period is less than the times threshold, and if yes, determines that the terminal has exited the state of receiving and transmitting data frequently. The disclosure prevents frequent switching between a connected mode and an idle mode of the terminal.

Disclosed are a method and apparatus for managing a monitoring task, the method comprising: receiving, by a gateway, monitoring configuration information transmitted by a machine to machine (M2M) service platform or M2M application server, wherein a management parameter for managing a monitoring task is carried in the monitoring configuration information; managing the monitoring task by the gateway according to the management parameter. The effect that the gateway can effectively manage the monitoring task is achieved.

Provided are a method and an apparatus for registering a terminal. The method includes: after a gateway receives a registration request of a peripheral of a terminal, the gateway authenticating and verifying the peripheral of the terminal; after the authentication and verification are passed, the gateway initiating a remote registration request to a machine-to-machine (M2M) service platform or an M2M application, the remote registration request being used for requesting the M2M service platform or the M2M application to register the peripheral of the terminal to the M2M service platform or the M2M application. Based on the technical solutions, technical problems such as low security and privacy in M2M network communications in the related art are solved, and registration of a terminal is locally verified, thereby further improving the security and privacy in M2M network communications.

A method and system for controlling signalling transmission in a power-saving mode are disclosed. The method includes that a terminal transmits a tracking area update request signalling or a routing area update request signalling to a new mobility management unit, wherein each signalling includes a power-saving parameter; and the new mobility management unit transmits a power-saving parameter to an old mobility management unit or a serving gateway. According to the disclosure, a network is enabled to keep pace with the power-saving mode of the terminal, and a paging message is transmitted only at activation time, thereby ensuring that the terminal may receive the paging message, and avoiding resource waste caused by repeated paging of the network.
