Abstract:
A manually operable atomizer of a type adapted to pressurizing the liquid to be atomized by a pumping action of a piston, upon depression of the latter through an atomizing head, the liquid has been sucked up from a container, and atomizing the pressurized liquid from a nozzle. The atomizer has a flange annexed to a cylinder which is adapted to cooperate with the piston in performing the pumping action, a connecting member secured to a neck opening portion of the container and adapted to hold the flange and a holding member opposing to the connecting member and adapted to hold the flange, so that the atomizing mechanism including the piston and the cylinder are stably held on the container. The holding member is so shaped as to surround the connecting member, thereby to prevent any external force from acting on the flange.
Abstract:
An atomizer comprises a cylinder defining a pump chamber and containing a piston. The chamber communicates with an atomizer nozzle by a valve comprising a valve member which is opened at a predetermined liquid pressure during operation of the piston to pressurize the liquid in the pump chamber. Liquid is fed into the pump chamber through a conduit which projects upwardly into the cylinder. A sleeve rigid with the valve member or the piston engages the conduit during operation of the piston to prevent communication between the conduit and the pump chamber.
Abstract:
The ejection head includes a pressing member; a nozzle tip that is fitted to a concavity; and an insert member. The insert member includes: a concave portion that forms a filling space for the content medium; at least one through hole formed on a circumferential wall; and a long groove that extends from the through hole to the nozzle tip. The insert member has a front end having an outer circumferential edge formed as an annular inclined surface, and the front end is formed with a bulging portion. The bulging portion is formed with a plurality of radial grooves and a cylindrical groove. At least one through hole is located in a position that is circumferentially offset from the plurality of radial grooves.
Abstract:
A cost-effective metering dispenser configured to allow at least one component accommodated in a container, in particular in cartridge form, to be metered by a pumping unit, having an inlet valve, an outlet valve and a pumping cylinder as well as a pumping piston, which is inserted in the pumping cylinder and can be activated by an actuating element. The dispenser is economical to produce because of the straightforward construction of the pumping unit, that can be arranged in a sleeve, which continues the container and is formed in one piece with the container.

The dispenser (1) has a detachable stop (100), comprising a bottom (104) positioned rearwards of the delivery valve (60) to form an end stop abutment with this during the dispensing step.
Abstract:
To provide an accumulation valve which is stable and moves sensitively, where the number of parts has been reduced, and an accumulator trigger sprayer assembled with the same. The present invention is an accumulation valve S used in an accumulator trigger sprayer 100 which imparts pressure to liquid in a cylinder by a piston portion 11 to spray liquid from a nozzle portion 5a to the outside, the accumulation valve S including a piston valve portion 21, a spring portion 22 for pressing the piston valve portion 21 to a piston valve seat, and a mounting portion 23 for mounting the spring portion 22 to the piston portion 11, wherein the piston valve portion 21, the spring portion 22 and the mounting portion 23 are formed integrally.
Abstract:
A fluid dispenser pump including a first piston, a second piston, and a dispenser head with a dispenser orifice, for actuating the pump, a shutter arranged upstream from the dispenser orifice, the shutter movable between closed and open positions. The second piston is formed outside a hollow part and is slidable inside the dispenser head. The first piston is slidable inside the hollow part, the hollow part including an axial opening defined by a radial edge through which passes a stem portion of the shutter. The stem portion is between a proximal radial shoulder and a distal radial shoulder of the shutter, the shutter being moved from its closed position to its open position by the radial edge of the hollow part co-operating with the distal radial shoulder, and being moved from its open position to its closed position by the radial edge co-operating with the proximal radial shoulder.
Abstract:
