摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing shaped bodies (5) from a building material, in which a layered structure of a shaped body (5) takes place by successively solidifying layers of the building material by exposure to electromagnetic radiation in a layer area having a contour specified for the respective layer. The method provides that together with the shaped body (5), a sleeve-like frame (6) surrounding the shaped body at a distance is constructed layer by layer from the building material, and that in addition, a plurality of pin-like connections (10) are constructed integral with the frame (6) and the shaped body (5), which are distributed around the shaped body (5) and which connect the shaped body (5) with the frame (6).

摘要: [Object] To provide a method of producing a plate denture using a stereolithography 3D printer, which is capable of producing a plate denture in a short time with a more simplified production process, the plate denture exhibiting excellent occlusion.
[Solving Means] The problem is solved by a method of producing a plate denture, including: adhering an artificial tooth and a denture base photochemically solidified by a stereolithography 3D printer to each other by polymerizing an unpolymerized curable composition for stereolithography present on a surface of the denture base. Further, stronger adhesion between the artificial tooth and the denture base is achieved by mixing, in the curable composition for stereolithography, a polymerization initiator other than a photopolymerization initiator for stereolithography.-

摘要: In a method for producing an implant from a biocompatible silicone, a 3D mathematical model of an implant to be produced is used to create a 3D model of a casting mold for the implant as a negative. The casting mold is produced from a polymeric material through an additive manufacturing process and coated through vapor deposition of a coating material from the parylene family at least in a region that comes into contact with the biocompatible silicone to be cast. A platinum-catalyzed 2-component thermosetting silicone as the biocompatible silicone for the implant is introduced into a mold cavity of the coated casting mold, with a residence time of the implant in a patient's body of more than 29 days. The casting mold is heated to vulcanize the biocompatible silicone, and after cooling down the vulcanized implant is demolded from the casting mold.

摘要: The present subject matter is directed towards a system and a method for selectively post-curing a three-dimensional (3D-printed) object to attain variable properties. The system comprises a selective post-curing chamber coupled to a computer in communication with a database for accessing a digital model or data concerning the 3D-printed object. The chamber comprises a movable light source assembly and a mounting platform for supporting at least one 3D-printed object thereon. The computer includes one or more executable instructions for selectively emitting a curing light onto the 3D-printed object along a predetermined curing toolpath based on the digital model. The curing of the 3D-printed object along the predetermined curing toolpath generates variable properties along different regions of the 3D-printed object.

摘要: Polymerizable liquids are described herein which, in some embodiments, can produce 3D printed articles of high resolution and desirable mechanical properties. In one aspect, a polymerizable liquid comprises an acrylate component, a polymeric additive, and a monomeric curing agent, wherein the acrylate component and monomeric curing agent are copolymerizable upon exposure to light. In being copolymerizable, the acrylate component and monomeric curing agent can form a copolymer. As described father herein, the monomeric curing agent can enable further reaction of the copolymer with one or more crosslinking species to link the copolymer with one more polymeric networks.

摘要: An additive manufacturing apparatus includes a support plate and a foil supporting an uncured layer of a resin. A stage is configured to hold a component of one or more cured layers of the resin. One or more actuators is operable to move the stage away from the support plate in a Z-axis direction. A radiant energy device is positioned opposite the stage such that the support plate is positioned between the radiant energy device and the stage. A foil interaction device includes a first pneumatic actuation zone and a second pneumatic actuation zone. Each of the first and second pneumatic actuation zones is configured to apply a force on a surface of the foil. The first and second pneumatic actuation zones are fluidly separable and configured to apply varied pressures relative to one another to the surface of the foil.

摘要: Provided herein is a curable liquid stereolithography resin comprising (a) a divinylarene dioxide, such as for example a divinylbenene dioxide (DVBDO); (b) a free radically curable component, such as for example a (meth)acrylate component; (c) a cationic photoinitiator; and (d) a free radical photoinitiator. The stereolithography resin may comprise additional components, such as a cationically curable component other than a divinylarene dioxide. Preferably, the stereolithography resin has a viscosity at 25° C. of less than 400 mPa·s.
