    摘要: An input includes a specified fluid product to be transported, a specified volume transfer of the specified fluid product to a berth, and a target flow rate of the specified fluid product. A first allowable operating range for volume transfer and a second allowable operating range for flow rate are determined at least based on: the specified fluid product, an availability of meters for metering, an availability of loading arms for loading the specified fluid product to a ship located at the berth, and an availability of vapor combustion units for flaring. A control signal is transmitted to at least one of multiple valves to establish a flow path for the specified fluid product. A start signal is transmitted to initiate a recipe that controls flow through the flow path within the first allowable operating range and the second allowable operating range.

    摘要: A transfer arm for a fluid product includes a transfer pipe having sections linked by fluid-tight articulations and an end provided with a device for connecting the pipe to a target duct. A support structure for the pipe has an inner branch mounted on a base and an outer branch suspended from the inner branch by an articulation assembly. The articulation assembly enables rotation of the outer branch around vertical and horizontal axes and is positioned between first and second ends of the outer branch. The first end is provided with a counterweight for balancing parts of the outer branch that are situated on opposite sides of the horizontal rotational axis. The arm also has a disengageable device for actuating the rotations of the outer branch around the horizontal and vertical axes and a flexible link which suspends the pipe, upstream of the device, from the second end of the outer branch.

The second apparatus is disposed on or adjacent the base and provides, on the basis of the information on the positioning of the base and the information on the positioning of the coupling, information on the relative positioning of the coupling directly relative to the base. Alternatively, the first apparatus is adapted to provide information on the absolute positioning of the coupling in space, the base has a fixed position in space, and the device comprises a calculator for calculating, on the basis of the information on the absolute positioning of the coupling and data on the positioning of the base, information on the relative positioning of the coupling directly relative to the base.

    摘要: A coupling device for connecting a first coupling housing and a second coupling housing. The first coupling housing has a guiding element extending from the first coupling housing and having a free end at a distance (h) from the first coupling housing central axis (a-a). The second coupling housing has a receptacle for the guiding element and pull-in means for pulling the guiding element into the receptacle, said pull-in means being connected to the guiding element free end. The invention allows the first coupling housing to be pulled towards the receptacle at an angle which is not coincident with the central axis (a-a), and when the guiding element is in place inside the receptacle, the first coupling housing central axis (a-a) and the central axis (b-b) of the second coupling housing are aligned and coincident, and the two housings are rotationally aligned.

    摘要: A system for connecting a connector end fitting of a mobile flexible liquid supply pipe, for liquified natural gas, for example, to a fixed tubing located on a support with a different system, such as the manifold of a liquid transporter ship. The system comprises a guide device for guiding the fitting in the fixed tubing, for establishment of a connection, and including a cone mounted on the pipe for engagement with a trumpet on the fixed tubing during connection, with a tractive effort applied by a cable fixed to the cone. The guide device is fixed to the fitting on the flexible pipe and is coaxial to the flexible pipe. The invention is applicable to the connection of a hose to the manifold of a ship.
