摘要: The invention provides a subsea oil and gas production installation, methods of installing the installation and methods of use. The installation comprises a subsea production system comprising a first production pipeline and a second production pipeline, a first subsea manifold in fluid communication with the first production pipeline comprising a fluid access interface and a flowline connector, a removable module fluidly connected to the fluid access interface of the first subsea manifold and configured to receive production fluid from one or more subsea wells and a second subsea manifold in fluid communication with the second production pipeline. The first subsea manifold defines a first flow path between the fluid access interface and the first production pipeline and a second bypass flow path between the fluid access interface and the flowline connector. The first and the second subsea manifolds are fluidly coupled to one another by a connecting flowline which is connected at a first end to the flowline connector of the first subsea manifold. The removable module comprises a flow control means operable to selectively route the production fluid from one or more subsea wells into the first production pipeline via the first flow path defined by the manifold, and/or into the second production pipeline via the second bypass flow path, the connecting flowline and the second subsea manifold.

摘要: Method of stopping and restarting production in an undersea bottom-to-surface connection production pipe having a first pipe portion on the sea bottom from a well head to the bottom end of a second pipe portion extending to a ship or floating. When production is stopped, at least the first pipe portion is filled with a depressurized production fluid. Thereafter the following steps are performed: e1) forming a gel from two reagents in a first gel-forming chamber on the sea bottom; e2) sending a quantity of separator gel into the first pipe portion that pushes the cold fluid contained in the first pipe portion to the second pipe portion, prior to closing the first chamber; and then; e3) starting production, the gel forming physical separation and thermal and chemical isolation between firstly the production fluid and secondly a production fluid within the first production pipe portion.

摘要: A moving-rotating linear covering tool, comprising a port, a primary oil cylinder, a piston rod, a rear end cover, a base sleeved on the right end of the primary oil cylinder, and a handle fixedly connected onto the outer cylinder of the base. The port is fixedly connected to the left end of the primary oil cylinder, the center thereof being provided with a circular hole that clearance-fits the piston rod arranged in the primary oil cylinder. A circular flange of the rear end cover is fixedly connected onto the right end face of the primary oil cylinder. The base is connected to a guide supporting sheath sleeved, in a clearance-fitted way, on the outer cylinder of the primary oil cylinder. A bearing seat is provided on the right end wall of the base Two screw holes are symmetrically provided at the right end face of the rear end cover.

A remotely operated vehicle (ROV) system support platform is mounted to the deck, and a ROV deployment system supported by the ROV system support platform. The ROV deployment system is operable to selectively deploy and retrieve an ROV.

摘要: A method of transporting a rigid tie-in connection across a body of water for installation underwater is disclosed. The method includes the step of supporting the tie-in connection in the water by buoyancy acting on a frame that supports the tie-in connection until installation. The buoyancy-supported frame is lowered and the tie-in connection into a sub-surface transit configuration. The method further includes in the transit configuration, towing the buoyancy-supported frame and the tie-in connection behind a towing vessel toward an installation site. Also disclosed is a system for implementing the method. The system includes a towable frame arranged to support the tie-in connection until installation and an external buoyancy attached to the frame by an extensible suspension link arranged to suspend the frame from the buoyancy in water in use. The link is extensible to lower the frame from a raised surface-tow configuration into a lowered sub-surface transit configuration.
