摘要: A Control Valve Compensation System for producing both a pre-compensated and a post-compensated load sensing hydraulic directional control valve module, wherein both configurations use the same components except for a sliding compensating component. The Control Valve Compensation System generally includes a hydraulic directional control valve housing which is adapted to be easily-interchangeable between a load sensing pre-compensated pressure configuration and a load sensing post-compensated pressure configuration by simply removing and replacing a different compensator assembly within the housing. The compensator assembly is adapted to direct oil flow through the housing while simultaneously providing compensation for the valve function. Directional valve assemblies may be provided, with the valve assemblies functioning to provide post-compensated functions, pre-compensated functions, and mixed pre- and post-compensated functions. These directional valve functions can be re-configured in the field by simply swapping the compensator assemblies to produce the desired functionality of the end-user at that particular time.

摘要: The invention relates to a hydraulic valve device (1) having a fluid connection arrangement (10) comprising a multiplicity of fluid connection points which can at least partially be actuated by means of a control device (18). As a result of the fact that, by way of a means (2) for measuring the load pressure, the control device (18) can be moved into a rapid traverse position when a maximum load pressure is exceeded in a power stroke position and vice versa, and that at least one fluid-conducting working chamber of a consumer (4) is connected to one of the use connections (A) during a switch of the control device (18) for a change from power stroke to rapid traverse, a jerk-free transition from a working stroke to a rapid traverse is attained and a homogeneous, jerk-free return to the working stroke is enabled when an overload situation is encountered in the rapid traverse.

The second radial passage constitutes a control edge, which is used to regulate the connection from the internal chamber to a load sensing annular channel (LS). An annular groove, which in the neutral position forms a connection from the internal chamber to the load sensing annular channel (LS), is joined to the second radial passage. The pressure regulator is impervious to different flow forces caused by different mass fluxes and ensures that the hydraulic consumer is prevented from moving in the neutral position.

摘要: The invention relates to a control valve (10) for controlling the pressure and flow of hydraulic oil from or to the working connections (A, B) of a consumer. The pressure and the pressure flow are controlled by means of at least one sliding piston which can be actuated by at least one drive mechanism and which can be displaced in a slider hole and in co-operating annular channels. The invention is characterized in that the annular channels are symmetrically arranged, whereby a tank connection annular channel is arranged in the symmetrical centre point on a symmetrical axis. Annular channels associated with the working connections (A, B), pump-pressure annular channels, load-sensing annular channels and end-chamber annular channels are arranged behind each other on both sides. According to the invention, the latter can be connected to other channels. The aim of the invention is to create equivalent hydraulic ratios for both working connections A and B and to keep the number of control edges in the control valve to a minimum.

摘要: A method and a control arrangement for driving at least one hydraulic consumer are disclosed. The control arrangement comprises a pump whose output is adjustable as a function of the load pressure of a consumer. The consumer is driven through a proportional directional valve forming a measuring orifice, a pressure compensator being associated with the directional valve, allowing the pressure drop across the measuring orifice to be maintained constant irrespective of the load pressure. According to the invention, a low load pressure is indicated to the pump when the pressure compensator is completely open, so that the pressure drop across the measuring orifice is reduced.

摘要: A high pressure hydraulic distributor with a pilot pressure generator, in which a device for reducing pressure is integrated into a distribution section of a compound high pressure hydraulic distributor. The displacement of the slide of the distributor of the section concerned modifies automatically the calibration of the pressure reducer and permits obtaining a reduced pressure which is a function of the displacement of the slide. This reduced pressure is utilized as the pilot pressure for the control means of the source of hydraulic fluid pressure which feeds the distributor.

摘要: A pressure compensating valve spool assembly for a hydraulic flow control valve the spool assembly being slidably positioned in the central bore of a valve housing for movement from a neutral position wherein fluid will flow through the valve assembly to reservoir to operative positions in either direction to provide fluid communication between fluid inlet passages to one of a pair of cylinder passages in the valve housing, the other of said cylinder passages being connected to one of the pair of reservoir passages. The valve spool assembly includes a symmetrical valve spool having valve members at each end which are responsive to variations in the pressure relation between inlet pressure and cylinder pressure to control the fluid flow rate to the cylinder passage. Any excess flow is bypassed to reservoir at minimum pressure loss.
