摘要: A recovery check valve 26 and a piston valve 27 are axially slidably disposed within a spool 2 in coaxial relation. An axial fluid passage 32 is formed within a cylindrical portion 27a of the piston valve 27, and a seat portion 33 for the recovery check valve is formed at an open end of the cylindrical portion 27a. The cylindrical portion 37a of the piston valve is formed with a hole 36 through which a hydraulic fluid in the fluid chamber 32 is introduced to a bridge passage 21 when the spool 2 is operated so as to introduce a hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic pump to the bottom side of a hydraulic cylinder. Fluid passages 40, 31 are formed within the spool so that a hydraulic fluid in the bridge passage 21 is introduced to the closed end of the piston valve through the fluid passages when the spool is operated in the opposite direction. With such a structure, the size of the valve apparatus can be set to the same size as the directional control valve not provided with the recovery check valve.

摘要: The hydraulic circuit system for civil engineering and construction machines includes a first pressure adjusting device (130) arranged between first variable restrictors (107, 107a) of a left traveling directional control valve (47) and a first traveling motor (57) for controlling the pressure downstream of the first variable restrictors to a value corresponding to a first signal pressure and a second pressure adjusting device (133) arranged between second variable restrictors (108, 108a) of a right traveling directional control valve (49) and a second traveling motor (58) for controlling the pressure downstream of the second variable restrictors to a value corresponding to a second signal pressure. A shuttle valve (136) detects a higher one of load pressures of the first and second traveling motors as a maximum load pressure. When performing the combined operation in which the first and second traveling motors are driven with at least one of a plurality of working actuators (53-56) simultaneously, signal selection valves (131, 135, 170) are actuated so as to supply the maximum load pressure to the first and second pressure adjusting devices as the first and second signal pressures. Consequently, in a combined operation of traveling and performing other works, a communication circuit (110) is activated along with the operation of a working actuator whereby even if a hydraulic fluid supply circuit (104) of the second traveling directional control valve communicates with a hydraulic fluid supply circuit (103) of a first traveling directional control valve, the differential pressures across the first and second variable restrictors become almost the same, thereby achieving a stable straight traveling.

摘要: A hydraulic valve assembly includes an inlet; an outlet; a pressure compensator upstream of the inlet; and a pressure limited flow priority boost valve spool movable between a first position and a second position and comprising an outer spool body and an inner spool body. The outer spool body includes deadhead meter notches disposed such that, in the first position, the spool closes fluid communication between the inlet and the pressure compensator, and such that, in the second position, the spool opens fluid communication between the inlet and the pressure compensator. The inner spool body is movable relative to the outer spool body and is configured to open fluid communication between the inlet and the outlet so as to bypass the compensator. The flow between the inlet and the compensator is a reduced pilot flow.

摘要: The invention relates to a control valve for the control, independently of a load, of a hydraulic consumer with a distributing slide valve to control the direction of movement and the speed of movement of the consumer and a throttle valve associated with the distributing slide valve. The throttle valve, when there is a connection of a pump with the consumer, can be pressurized toward an open position by the pressure downstream of the throttle point of the distributing slide valve, and toward a closed position by the load pressure of the consumer and by a spring. The invention teaches that the object of providing a control valve that easily makes possible a restriction of the quantity of hydraulic fluid flowing out of the consumer to a reservoir and thus a control of the speed of movement of the consumer in the discharge direction independently of the load, can be accomplished if, when the consumer is connected with a reservoir, the quantity of hydraulic fluid flowing out of the consumer is restricted by the throttle valve. In one embodiment, when the consumer is connected with the reservoir, the throttle valve can be pressurized toward the closed position by the pressure upstream of the throttle point of the distributing slide valve, whereby the pressure acting in the direction of the closed position of the throttle valve can be set and varied by a valve device that generates a differential pressure.
