摘要: The object of the present invention is hence an electro-actuator (1) for gas cooktops or the like, piloted by actuating means, comprising at least one safety electromagnet (4) forming part of a pilotstat, at least one cut-off means (2) of the fuel gas, substantially a sleeve provided with an outlet channel (22) and a conduit (23) of the fuel gas, of at least one safety shutter (20) whereon a pushing/pulling force (FF) acts that operates the safety closing of said outlet channel (22), at least a service shutter (20), and a support structure (10) provided with a cavity (100) within which a stem (21) is placed sliding, whereto at least one ferromagnetic element (32) cooperating with said safety electromagnet (4) and said shutter (20) cooperating with the cut-off means (2) of the fuel gas are constrained, where said safety shutter (20) and said service shutter (20) coincide in a same shutter (20); said ferromagnetic element (32) being anchored to said safety electromagnet (4) through an anchoring force (FP) of mutual attraction that arises when said safety electromagnet (4) is electrically powered, in particular through the flame sensor of pilotstat,characterised in that: said pressing/pulling force (FF) is of magnetic nature and susceptible to be won by the command forces (FS) exerted for the opening of said outlet channel (22) and by said anchoring force (FP).

摘要: A flame atmosphere analyzer is described, for operation with combustible gases, including a tube in which an intake and air and gas mixing chamber is formed, a first gas supply nozzle and means for supplying primary combustion air opening into said intake chamber, and a flame burner in fluid communication with the intake and mixing chamber for supplying an air and gas mixture, formed in the chamber, to the burner. The analyzer includes a second gas supply nozzle, which is slidably guided in the tube, and an actuator provided on the tube and operable from outside the tube, for moving the second nozzle between an inoperative first position, in which the gas is supplied through the first nozzle, and an operational second position, in which the gas is supplied through the second nozzle, the first nozzle having no effect on the supply of the gas in the second position.

摘要: A system for providing a combined water and fire display is provided. More specifically, a decorative display comprises a dynamic water and fire display device where fuel/air, water, and fire are integrated. The decorative display provides for unique aesthetic qualities and an appearance wherein flames are positioned at or near the surface of a volume of water. In various embodiments, the decorative display further comprises various safety features including the ability to detect and self-regulate conditions such as the existence and/or absence of a pilot flame, an adequate amount of water, and the temperature of various portions of the system. The decorative display further contemplates the ability to operate without one or more disclosed features, such as when only a water display or only a fire display is desired.

摘要: A gas cooker control system includes an ignition controller includes a touch button, a resistor, a first comparator, a second comparator and a third comparator, the touch button comprising an end connected to external power source, and the other end connected to first inputs of the first, second and third comparators, the resistor being connected between the inputs of the first, second and third comparators and ground, second inputs of the first, second and third comparators being configured for providing a first reference voltage, a second reference voltage and a third reference voltage respectively, outputs of the first, second and third comparators being connected to an igniter, a gas valve and a system power source, a voltage of the external power source being greater than the first reference voltage, the first reference voltage being greater than the second reference voltage, the second reference voltage being greater than the third reference voltage; a gas valve controller including a switch circuit connected to a power source, at least one gas valve circuit connected between the switch circuit and ground, and a protection circuit parallel to the at least on gas valve circuit, the switch circuit being configured for controlling the on or off of the power source and further controlling the at least one gas valve circuit; and a power and ignition controller driving device including a power source driving circuit, an ignition driving circuit and a comparison circuit connected between the power source driving circuit and the ignition circuit, the comparison circuit being configured for providing a high level voltage or a low level voltage to control the power source driving circuit and the ignition driving circuit according to an input of delay voltage signal.

摘要: Techniques for monitoring operation of a flame ignitor are provided. In one embodiment, multiple inputs are received. The inputs are received from at least one of a first group of inputs and a second group of inputs. The first group includes a flame rod voltage, a stop signal for deactivation of the flame ignitor, a fuel supply interruption signal, and an air supply interruption signal. The second group includes a start signal for activation of the flame ignitor, and a flame proven signal indicating presence of a flame produced by the flame ignitor. If inputs from the first group are received, a cause of a failure of the flame ignitor is determined. If inputs from the second group are received, a reliability of the flame ignitor is determined.

摘要: A combustion safety arrangement in which a switch is connected in an electrical power circuit for an electromagnetic valve in a fuel passage. A combustion detecting element responds to a change of a flame caused by incomplete combustion or the like, and generates a signal or change in an electrical characteristic. The switch and the combustion detecting element are interconnected through a control circuit which has a level detector for detecting a predetermined level of the change in electrical characteristics. The arrangement is such that the switch may be opened by the predetermined level of the change in electrical characteristics. The control circuit has a time limit operation circuit so that only when the generation of the change in electrical characteristic is continued for a delayed time set by that time limit operation circuit, the switch may be opened. A timer circuit included in the control circuit is provided with a condenser which is charged through a resistance by closing a power switch in the electrical power circuit.

摘要: A fuel ignition control system including a control arrangement for operating pilot and main valves of the system the pilot valve being operated to permit a pilot flame to be established, and the main valve being operated by a pilot flame sensing circuit which includes a controlled switching device enabled in response to the charging of a capacitor to a given value to effect the operation of the main valve, the charging of the capacitor being controlled by a further controlled switching device which supplies AC current to the capacitor in the absence of a pilot flame, preventing the capacitor from charging to the given value, and which supplies DC current to the capacitor when a pilot flame is established, permitting the capacitor to charge to the given value. In an embodiment wherein the main valve is energized by a relay controlled by the flame sensing circuit, the control arrangement includes an interlock arrangement which prevents start up of the system under certain failure conditions, such as welded relay contacts. In another embodiment, the system includes an igniter circuit which has a flame responsive enabling circuit which permits the igniter circuit to be enabled and disabled independently of the flame sensing circuit.
