摘要: A method for machine learning-based classification may include training a machine learning model with a full training data set, the full training data set comprising a plurality of data points, to generate a first model state of the machine learning model, generating respective embeddings for the data points in the full training data set with the first model state of the machine learning model, applying a clustering algorithm to the respective embeddings to generate one or more clusters of the embeddings, identifying outlier embeddings from the one or more clusters of the embeddings, generating a reduced training data set comprising the full training data set less the data points associated with the outlier embeddings, training the machine learning model with the reduced training data set to a second model state, and applying the second model state to one or more data sets to classify the one or more data sets.

A first animation to be applied to the virtual character is determined. A nonverbal communication animation to be applied to the virtual character simultaneously with the first animation is determined. The virtual character is animated in real-time based on the first animation and the nonverbal communication animation.

摘要: A method for machine learning-based classification may include training a machine learning model with a full training data set, the full training data set comprising a plurality of data points, to generate a first model state of the machine learning model, generating respective embeddings for the data points in the full training data set with the first model state of the machine learning model, applying a clustering algorithm to the respective embeddings to generate one or more clusters of the embeddings, identifying outlier embeddings from the one or more clusters of the embeddings, generating a reduced training data set comprising the full training data set less the data points associated with the outlier embeddings, training the machine learning model with the reduced training data set to a second model state, and applying the second model state to one or more data sets to classify the one or more data sets.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a method of determining a user profile based on a set of user-selected images, a method of selecting images from an image database of digital images based on a user profile, a computer system and a computer program product. The method of determining a user profile comprises obtaining a set of reference images, wherein each of the reference images is associated with a category from a plurality of categories; determining a sample feature vector for a sample image and a reference feature vector for each of the reference images, wherein the feature vector of an image is associated to features of the image; determining a similarity metric between the sample image and each of the reference images based on the sample feature vector and the reference feature vectors; selecting nearest reference images for each category, wherein the similarity metric between the sample image and a nearest reference image meets a minimum assignment similarity criterion and a maximum assignment similarity criterion; and determining the user profile by calculating an assignment probability for each category based on the similarity metrics between the sample image and the nearest reference images of the respective category.

摘要: A method for 3D imaging of a sample, in a vessel having a longitudinal axis orthogonal to a horizontal plane, includes capturing, by at least three cameras located at different positions around the vessel, respective 2D images of the sample. Each image comprises pixels having associated pixel values. The optical axis of a first camera is inclined or declined at a first angle relative to the horizontal plane, with the first angle being greater than or equal to zero degrees. The optical axis of a second camera is inclined or declined at a second, larger angle relative to the horizontal plane. The method also includes generating a 3D image of the sample based on the pixel values associated with the 2D image pixels, and one or more look-up tables that collectively indicate, for pixels in each image, expected paths for light traversing the vessel and the sample.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for a computer device, for detecting an optimal candidate compound based on a plurality of samples comprising a cell line and one or more biomarkers, and a plate map configuration, wherein the plate map configuration is providing locations of samples comprising cell lines exposed to one or more biomarkers and different concentrations of a candidate compound forming at least one concentration gradient, the candidate compound being comprised in a plurality of candidate compounds, said method comprising generating (310) phenotypic profiles of each concentration gradient of each of the plurality of candidate compounds at a plurality of successive points in time to form a plurality of compound profiles, wherein generating phenotypic profiles comprises the steps obtaining (312) image data depicting each sample comprised in the concentration gradient, generating (314) a class-label and a class for each cell of the samples based on the image data, detecting (320) the optimal candidate compound by evaluating a comparison criterion on the plurality of compound profiles. 摘要: Methods and systems for image clustering are described, and include first receiving a plurality of images from a video of a game. Next, determining a first feature vector of a first player from the plurality of images by inputting the plurality of images to an artificial intelligence (AI)-based process. Next, dividing the plurality of images into a first subset of images and a second subset of images based on the first feature vector. Next, receiving a first identifier tagging the first player in a first image of the first subset. Finally, identifying a second player in a second image in the second subset by propagating the first identifier of the first subset, based on a distance measure associated with the first feature vector from the artificial intelligence (AI)-based process. Running on a mobile computing device, the method allows multiplayer tagging to be easily performed in almost any environment.

摘要: The disclosure provides an image clustering method and an image clustering apparatus. The method includes: obtaining new images, and clustering the new images to obtain a first cluster; determining a historical cluster similar to the first cluster as a second cluster from existing historical clusters; obtaining a distance between the first cluster and the second cluster; and generating a target cluster by fusing the first cluster and the second cluster based on the distance. In the image clustering method, with the image clustering apparatus of the disclosure, secondary clustering processing performed on the existing historical clusters based on newly added images is not required, new and old clusters are directly fused.
