摘要: An integrated control apparatus for in-wheel system vehicle is provided. The apparatus includes a shift button for a shift control and a dial for a steering control which are assembled integrally to each other to form one integrated component. The apparatus provides a driver with vehicle information through an operation of the dial when the steering control is not performed, and eliminates a risk of accidents occurring due to a control error by configuring a shift control manner and a steering control manner to be different from each other.

摘要: A vehicle control system and method include processors that determine that an energy storage device of a vehicle will have insufficient energy to power a propulsion system of the vehicle under a first set of operational settings to move the vehicle from a first location within a powered segment to a designated second location that is outside of an unpowered segment of a route. Responsive to determining that the energy storage device will have insufficient energy, the processors change one or more settings of the vehicle to operate the vehicle under a second set of operational settings while the vehicle moves within the powered segment of the route to charge the energy storage device to a greater extent relative to operating of the vehicle according to the first set of operational settings.

摘要: A controller is provided for a vehicle having front and rear axles, each axle having two wheels, and first and second propulsion units. The controller controls the first and second propulsion units to generate a combined torque with reference to a total requested torque. The controller is configured to: receive a torque request signal; receive traction signals indicating available traction at at least one wheel; determine a traction torque range defined by a maximum and minimum torque for at least one of the at least first or second propulsion units in dependence on one or more of the traction signals; determine a proposed distribution of torque between each of the at least first and second propulsion units with reference to the total requested torque; and determine a proposed torque to be generated by each of the at least first and second propulsion units based on the proposed distribution of torque.

In response to the holding instruction being inputted to the second operating tool, the rotation speed controller is configured or programmed to disable control of the rotation speed of the engine which control is based on the input provided to the first operating tool, and hold the rotation speed of the engine constant in accordance with the holding instruction.
