摘要: Lighting systems are described. A lighting system includes a first lead frame portion and a second lead frame portion. The first lead frame portion has at least a top surface, a bottom surface, and an opening. The second lead frame portion is within the opening of the first lead frame portion and has at least a top surface and a bottom surface. Light-emitting diode (LED) devices are each mechanically and electrically coupled to the top surface of the first lead frame portion and the top surface of the second lead frame portion. An electrically insulating and optically reflective material is disposed over exposed regions of the top surfaces of the first and second lead frame portions.

摘要: An LED string light includes a first conducting wire, a second conducting wire, and a third conducting wire which are arranged in parallel. The first conducting wire, the second conducting wire and the third conducting wire all comprise a conducting wire core and an insulation layer coating a surface of the conducting wire core, and the first conducting wire and the second conducting wire defines a plurality of lamp welding regions. The LED string light also includes a plurality of SMD LEDs respectively disposed at the plurality of lamp welding regions. Each SMD LED has a first welding leg and a second welding leg, which are respectively welded onto the first welding spot and the second welding spot at one corresponding lamp welding region, and the plurality of the SMD LEDs are connected in parallel. A plurality of encapsulation colloids respectively coat the plurality of the SMD LEDs.

摘要: A modular frame for supporting one or more LED panels to form a video wall, a leveling system for the video wall, and a calibration and/or cleaning system for the LED panels of the video wall. The modular frame is a framework comprising at least two support columns, a primary support beam and at least one secondary support beam wherein the at least two support columns are spaced apart with the primary support beam extending substantially laterally thereacross, and a plurality of stiffening elements. The at least one secondary support beam is an articulated support beam for supporting a column of one or more LED panels therefrom and wherein the articulation point of each of the at least one secondary support beams as connected to the primary support beam is substantially centered over or below the center of mass of the one or more LED panels suspended therefrom. A plurality of modular frames can be secured together to form the video wall of a selected width and height with LED panels supported in one or more rows and one or more columns.

摘要: LED related lighting methods and apparatus are described. Various features relate to water tight light fixtures. Some of the fixtures are spotlights while other fixture are intended for in ground use. The light fixtures in at least some embodiments include power control features. In spotlight embodiments beam angle and power or light output can be controlled without opening the light assembly or compromising the water tight seals which also protect against dirt. In ground embodiments support tilt angle setting which allow a user to set the light fixture to one or more tilt angles. Beam angle can also be changed in some embodiments as well as power control. Beam angle, power control and tilt angle adjustments are supported in some embodiments but need not be supported in all embodiments with some embodiments using one or more of the described features but not all features.

摘要: The disclosure relates to light modules using light emitting diodes (LEDs) and more particularly to LED based light modules for existing sign boxes. One embodiment of a light module according to the present invention can comprise an elongated support structure having a plurality of surfaces and comprising a plurality of support structures joined together to form an overall support structure of a desired length. A plurality of light units can be included wherein at least some of the lighting units comprise a first light unit array on one of the support structure surfaces, and others of the said light units comprise a second light unit array on another one of the support structure surfaces. Conductors are arranged to connect the first light array in a series interconnection and to connect the second light array in a respective series interconnection.

Each first optical member possesses an effect of light diffusion resulting from its own material property. Each second optical member includes one or more sets of optical walls. Each set of optical walls surrounds one of the first optical members.
