摘要: Synthetic brochosomes can be prepared by disposing a monolayer of first polymer microspheres on a substrate and forming a layer of metal on the monolayer of the first polymer microspheres. A monolayer of second polymer microspheres is then disposed on the layer of metal to form a template. The second polymer microspheres are smaller than the first polymer microspheres. A brochosome material is then electrodeposited on the template. The brochosome material is selected from the group consisting of a metal, a metal oxide, a polymer or a hybrid thereof. The first polymer microspheres and the second polymer microspheres are then removed to form a coating of synthetic brochosomes of the brochosome material on the substrate.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an electroplated bead wire having excellent oxidation resistance, of which oxidation resistance and aging adhesive strength with tire rubber are improved by forming a copper- and cobalt-plated layer by electroplating. The electroplated bead wire includes the plated layer formed through electroplating, wherein the plated layer contains 40 to 99 wt % of copper and 1 to 40 wt % of cobalt.

摘要: A steel sheet for containers including a steel sheet, a Sn coated layer that is formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet, and a chemical treatment layer that is formed on the Sn coated layer. A variation amount in a yellowness index measured at one measurement point on the outermost surface of the chemical treatment layer is defined as ΔYI, and represented by ΔYI=YI−YI0, wherein YI is the yellowness index measured after the steel sheet for containers is subjected to a retort treatment at a temperature of 130° C. for 5 hours, and YI0 is the yellowness index measured before the retort treatment. An average of absolute values of the ΔYI obtained at a plurality of measurement points included in a unit area of the outermost surface is 5.0 or less.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure pertain to methods of making conductive films by associating an inorganic composition with an insulating substrate, and forming a porous inorganic layer from the inorganic composition on the insulating substrate. The inorganic layer may include a nanoporous metal layer, such as nickel fluoride. The methods of the present disclosure may also include a step of incorporating the conductive films into an electronic device. The methods of the present disclosure may also include a step of associating the conductive films with a solid electrolyte prior to its incorporation into an electronic device. The methods of the present disclosure may also include a step of separating the inorganic layer from the conductive film to form a freestanding inorganic layer. Further embodiments of the present disclosure pertain to the conductive films and freestanding inorganic layers.
