Abstract: A three-dimensional data encoding method includes: quantizing geometry information of each of three-dimensional points, using a first quantization parameter; quantizing a first luminance using a second quantization parameter and quantizing a first chrominance using a third quantization parameter, the first luminance and the first chrominance indicating a first color among attribute information of each of the three dimensional points; and generating a bitstream including the geometry information quantized, the first luminance quantized, the first chrominance quantized, the first quantization parameter, the second quantization parameter, and a first difference between the second quantization parameter and the third quantization parameter.

Abstract: An encoder includes circuitry and memory coupled to the circuitry. The circuitry, in operation, for each coefficient of a plurality of coefficients included in a block, determines a base level relating to Context-Based Adaptive Binary Arithmetic Coding (CABAC) for the coefficient, and encodes an absolute value of the coefficient. In determining the base level, when one or more flags are used in encoding the absolute value of the coefficient, the base level is determined to be a first value, and when one or more flags are not used in the encoding, the base level is determined to be a second value that is smaller than the first value. In encoding the absolute value of the coefficient, when one or more flags are not used, a rice parameter is determined based on the base level which is equal to the second value, and the coefficient is binarized using the rice parameter.

Abstract: The invention relates to a transmitting device, which performs a resource sensing procedure to acquire information about radio resources usable for transmitting data at a later point in time. After data becomes available for transmission, the transmitting device performs an autonomous radio resource allocation to select radio resources within a transmission window to be used for transmitting the data, based on the information acquired by the resource sensing procedure during a sensing window. The autonomous radio resource allocation comprises selecting radio resources in primary subframes of the transmission window preferably over radio resources in secondary subframes of the transmission window. The secondary subframes correspond to those subframes in the sensing window during which the transmitting device did not perform the resource sensing procedure, and the primary subframes correspond to those subframes in the sensing window during which the transmitting device did perform the resource sensing procedure.

Abstract: In a case where an A-BFT period is not present in a BI, a PCP/AP uses a format that includes an Unsolicited RSS Enabled sub-field for indicating support for responding to unsolicited RSSs within a CBAP, for a Beacon Interval Control field of a DMG beacon frame used for executing a BTI-ISS. For example, in a case where it is indicated that responding to unsolicited RSSs within a CBAP is supported, the PCP/AP sets the value of the Unsolicited RSS Enabled sub-field to 1. In a case where the value of the Unsolicited RSS Enabled sub-field included in a received DMG beacon frame is 1, a STA responds with an unsolicited CBAP-RSS.

Upon requesting a service from/to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal starts service initiation through a second access system and transits back to active state for the first access system for service provision.

Abstract: The invention relates to an improved semi-persistent resource allocation for a mobile terminal (MT) for transmitting periodic data. The MT transmits information on the periodic data to the radio base station (BS), such that the BS determines the different possible transmission periodicities and/or the different possible message sizes of the data components of the periodic data. The MT receives from the BS plural semi-persistent resource (SPS) configurations, each being usable to transmit at least one of the supported data components. The MT indicates to the BS the data components that are to be transmitted by the MT. The MT receives from the BS an activation command to activate one or more of the SPS configurations to periodically allocate radio resources for the MT to transmit each of the indicated data components. The MT then transmits the one or more data components based on the radio resources and the transmission periodicity as configured by the activated one or more SPS configurations.
