Abstract: A three-dimensional data encoding method includes: generating frame data items by encoding point cloud data items of frames; and generating a bitstream including the frame data items. Each of the frame data items includes processing unit data items corresponding to processing units obtained by dividing one frame. Each of the processing unit data items includes a frame identifier indicating a frame to which the processing unit data item belongs and a processing unit identifier indicating a processing unit corresponding to the processing unit data item. Values of the frame identifiers corresponding to the frame data items placed in the bitstream are set in a predetermined order, and values of the processing unit identifiers corresponding to the processing unit data items placed in the frame data item are set in an arbitrary order.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for activating a relay functionality of a ProSe capable and relay-capable user equipment within a mobile communication network. The radio base station, to which the relay UE is connected, determines whether further relays are necessary in the radio cell controlled by the radio base station. In case further relays are necessary in the radio cell, the radio base station selects a persistence check value and transmits a broadcast message in the radio cell. The broadcast message at least indicates that further relays are necessary and comprises the selected persistence check value. Upon receiving the broadcast message, the relay UE activates its relay functionality in case it determines that relay requirements for activating its relay functionality in the radio cell are fulfilled and in case a persistence check performed by the relay UE based on the received persistence check value is successful.

The estimation circuit estimates an expected reception power at the PCP/AP communication partner apparatus by using the value of the Parameter subfield, and checks inequality between the estimated expected reception power and a receiver sensitivity value. The transmission circuit transmits a frame for Association Beamforming Training (A-BFT) if the estimated expected reception power is larger than the receive sensitivity value.

Abstract: An anomaly handling method using a device installed outside of a vehicle is disclosed. The method includes receiving, from the vehicle, an anomaly detection notification, which includes level information indicating a level affecting safety, and a location of the vehicle. The method also includes obtaining a location of another vehicle and determining whether a distance between the location of the vehicle and the location of the other vehicle is within a predetermined range. When the distance is within the predetermined range and is shorter than a first predetermined distance, not changing the level information and transmitting the received anomaly detection information to the other vehicle. When the distance is within the predetermined range and is longer than or equal to the first predetermined distance, changing to decrement a level indicated by the level information, and transmitting changed anomaly detection information to the other vehicle.
