The present disclosure describes methods of fabricating a semiconductor device. An exemplary method includes forming a metal pattern on a substrate and etching the metal pattern using an etchant including at least an alkaline solution and an oxidant to form a metal electrode, where at least a portion of the surface of the metal electrode is uneven.

Provided is a fuel supply system for a marine structure using a high-pressure natural gas injection engine. The fuel supply system includes: a boil-off gas (BOG) compression unit configured to receive and compress BOG generated in a storage tank storing a liquefied gas; a reliquefaction apparatus configured to receive and liquefy the BOG compressed by the BOG compression unit; a buffer tank configured to receive the liquefied BOG from the reliquefaction apparatus and separate the reliquefied BOG into a gaseous component and a liquid component; a high-pressure pump configured to receive the liquid component from the buffer tank and compress the liquid component; and a high-pressure gasifier configured to gasify the liquid component compressed by the high-pressure pump and supply the gasified liquid component to the high-pressure natural gas injection engine.

An apparatus for multiple antennas having a low coupling coefficient in a wide frequency bandwidth in a wireless communication system is provided. To obtain the low coupling coefficient in the wide frequency bandwidth by minimizing interference between antennas which are close to each other, without an additional device, in the wireless communication system, the apparatus includes a transceiver and a line for decreasing a coupling coefficient. The transmitter includes a first antenna and a second antenna for transmitting and receiving signals over a radio channel and the line is indirectly connected the first antenna and the second antenna using a physically disconnected line.

A cell cutting device that cuts a mother substrate for display devices includes a fixing unit configured to move in a state where the mother substrate for display devices is fixed on the fixing unit, a cutter configured to perform a cutting process on the mother substrate for display devices and the cutter faces a surface of the mother substrate during the cutting process, a cutter driving unit driving the cutter in a state where the cutter is fixed thereon, and a buffer member arranged on another surface of the mother substrate to correspond to the cutter. The other surface is opposite the surface facing the cutter.

A pop-up apparatus for a portable communication device for insertion or ejection of parts of the portable communication device is provided. The pop-up apparatus preferably includes a body housing, a pop-up housing embedded in the body housing and inserted into or ejected from the body housing. The insertion or ejection can be performed by applying pressure to button on a surface thereof in a direction that it is pressed, and at least one or more pop-up hinge portions are provided between the body housing and the pop-up housing to insert the pop-up housing into or eject the pop-up housing from the body housing by pressing of the pop-up housing.

A method of receiving media data capable of being transceived via a digital data interface is provided. In the method, media data is received and parsed, and ancillary data for raw data and compression-related information about compressed data for the raw data are extracted from an ancillary data field of the parsed media data. The compressed data is extracted from the parsed media data, and the compressed data is decoded using the compression-related information so as to restore the raw data. The restored raw data is played back using the ancillary data and the compression-related information.

Provided are a stereoscopic image display unit having a 3D information input device and a 3D stereoscopic image display method using the 3D information input device. The 3D information input device receives a synchronization signal used for a conventional stereoscopic image display unit and generates an ultrasonic signal. The stereoscopic image display unit receives the ultrasonic signal through the ultrasonic wave reception units installed at a plurality of areas and measured a distance between the 3D information input device and each of the ultrasonic wave reception units by using a time difference between a generation time of the synchronization signal and a reception time of the ultrasonic signal and measures a position of the 3D information input device in a 3D real space by using the distances. The measured position of the 3D information input device in the 3D real space is converted into a coordinate in the 3D stereoscopic image space. A position of the 3D information input device functioning as a mouse or a remote controller is stereoscopically displayed on the 3D stereoscopic image, so that click information or menu selection information can be input. A synchronization signal logic used for a conventional stereoscopic image display unit is employed, so that it is possible to embody a 3D remote controller or a 3D mouse without an increase in cost caused by addition of the configuration.

A communication system and a method of transmitting and/or receiving data in the communication system are provided. A method of transmitting media data of a camera to a user terminal in a communication environment in which the camera connected to a first network and the user terminal connected to a third network are connected to a second network includes: obtaining second address information of the second network that corresponds to first address information of the first network, from an address conversion apparatus; obtaining third address information of the second network from an address providing apparatus connected to the second network; transmitting the first through third address information to the user terminal through a session control server connected to the second network; and transmitting the media data to the user terminal based on at least one of the first through third address information.
