    Abstract: Various systems and methods for disabling UAVs are presented. An interrogation system may transmit an identifier request message to a UAV. The interrogation system may receive, in response to the identifier request message, a response message that indicates a UAV identifier. The interrogation system may access one or more UAV identifier databases that relate UAV identifiers with airspace definitions. The interrogation system may retrieve from the one or more UAV identifier database systems an airspace definition corresponding to the UAV identifier. The interrogation system may determine that the UAV is to be disabled based on: a location of the UAV, a restricted airspace definition, and the airspace definition corresponding to the UAV identifier. The interrogation system may then transmit a disablement instruction message to the UAV based on the location of the UAV and the airspace definition corresponding to the UAV identifier.

    Abstract: A method of operating a video services receiver involves the processing of video data for presentation on a display element associated with the video services receiver. During presentation of the video event, a screenshot command is received at the video services receiver. The screenshot command originates from a remote control device assigned to the video services receiver. In response to receiving the screenshot command, a currently displayed image on the display element is captured as a saved screenshot. The method continues by providing a screenshot sharing user interface for presentation on the display element. The user interface includes at least one interactive control to facilitate sharing of the saved screenshot from the video services receiver. The method continues by outputting the saved screenshot from the video services receiver in association with a selected sharing application.

    Abstract: Systems, devices and methods are provided to automatically identify advertisements or other portions of a broadcast television stream before the stream is distributed via a cable, DBS, IPTV or other medium. The television broadcast is received at the data processing system, and audio content of the television broadcast is analyzed to generate an audio fingerprint of a portion of the audio content. The identified audio fingerprint are compared to audio fingerprints stored in a database to thereby identify the portion of the television broadcast based on the generated audio fingerprint. By identifying the contents of an actual broadcast prior to redistribution of the broadcast, additional actions may be taken that are unique to the identified content.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatus, and machine-readable media are provided to facilitate lighting device health management. Conditions of at least a portion of an electric light assembly may be monitored with a monitor adapted to be disposed in the electric light assembly. The electric light assembly may include an electric light source and a receptacle adapted to receive the electric light source. Based on the monitoring, data recordings corresponding to operations of the electric light assembly over a period of time may be stored. Reporting data may be created based on the stored data recordings. A communication may be wirelessly transmitted with the monitor toward a system controller that is remote from the electric light assembly. The communication may include the reporting data. The monitor may correspond to the electric light source or a receptacle adapted to receive the electric light source.
