Abstract: Systems, methods, processors, and circuitries are provided for configuring, transmitting, receiving and processing single frequency network wake-up signals. In one example a user equipment (UE) includes a radio frequency (RF) transceiver and a baseband processor. The baseband processor is configured to, when executing instructions stored in a memory, cause the UE to receive, via the RF transceiver, a wake-up signal (WUS). The WUS is transmitted by a plurality of cells in a WUS single frequency network (SFN) and each cell of the plurality of cells transmits the WUS in identical time and frequency resources. Based on the received WUS, the baseband processor causes the UE to configure one or more components of the UE to receive a subsequent signal.

Abstract: Embodiments are presented herein of apparatuses, systems, and methods for a user equipment device (UE) to transmit an indication of a link failure on a secondary cell. The indication may be transmitted on resources selected based on one or more conditions. One or more priority rules may be used to resolve collisions. The UE may further make an assumption of a beam or beams to use for communications with the secondary cell following the link failure and prior to receiving an indication from the network of a selected beam.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for PDCCH enhancements for group-based paging indications. A user equipment device may be configured to receive, from a network, an indication of a paging occasion via a PG-RNTI and/or via at least 6 bits of a DCI. A value of the PG-RNTI may be associated with the paging occasion as well as a set of UEs, including the UE. The UE may be configured to monitor the paging occasion based on the value of the PG-RNTI and receive, during the paging occasion, a paging indication via at least six bits of a DCI, where each bit of the at least six bits may indicate a paging indication for a particular set of UEs and the particular set of UEs may be a subset of the set of UEs. The UE may also be configured to, in response to determining that the UE has a paging message, decode a corresponding PDSCH.

Abstract: A method for wireless communication includes: receiving, at a base station: (1) a capability report for each of a plurality of antenna panels of a first user device; and (2) an initial antenna panel index for the first user device; transmitting, to the first user device, configuration information corresponding to each antenna panel of the plurality; selecting first configuration information corresponding to the antenna panel with the initial antenna panel index; and receiving a first uplink transmission from the first user device, wherein the first user device uses a selected first antenna panel corresponding to the initial antenna panel index and the first configuration information corresponding to the selected first antenna panel. In other aspects, rather than initially transmitting configuration information corresponding to each antenna panel, the base station may transmit the configuration information for each panel as it is selected by the first user device for an uplink transmission.

Abstract: Systems and methods for using hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebooks to as part of acknowledgement/negative acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) signaling regarding multiple physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmissions (also termed “multi-PDSCH”) scheduled by a single downlink control information (DCI) corresponding to multiple candidate PDSCH monitoring occasions are discussed herein. Rate matching indicators for one, multiple, or all of the PDSCHs of a scheduled multi-PDSCH are discussed. Effects of invalid symbol signaling, where one or more resources corresponding to a candidate PDSCH monitoring occasion corresponding to the DCI has been indicated for uplink (UL) use or not for DL use by a base station, are discussed. Effects of a bandwidth part change (in UL or downlink (DL)) occurring near or during the DCI, the multi-PDSCH, and a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) containing the ACK/NACK signaling (e.g., containing or corresponding to all or part of the HARQ-ACK codebook) are discussed.

Abstract: A method and apparatus of a device that switches bandwidth parts for a user equipment device and a base station is described. In an exemplary embodiment, the device receives an indication to switch to the bandwidth part for the user equipment on the wireless link from the base station. In addition, the device switches to the new bandwidth part for the user equipment. The device further signals that the switching to the new bandwidth part has occurred in a time period smaller than a predefined time period. Abstract: Configuring channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) reporting at a network may include encoding a single CSI-RS reporting configuration for transmission to a user equipment (UE) that is in connected mode with both a first transmission and reception point (TRP) and a second TRP. The single CSI-RS reporting configuration may include a plurality of CSI-RS resource sets. Each of the plurality of CSI-RS resource sets may include a plurality of CSI-RS resources. At least one of the plurality of CSI-RS resource sets may include CSI-RS resources that correspond to the first TRP or the second TRP. A CSI measurement communication received from the UE may be decoded. The CSI measurement communication may be based on the single CSI-RS reporting configuration communication. Based on the CSI measurement communication, one or more downlink data transmissions may be scheduled.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for performing downlink signal reception with antenna panel switching in a wireless communication system. A cellular base station may receive an indication of an antenna panel activation delay from a wireless device. The cellular base station may select a scheduling offset for a transmission to the wireless device based at least in part on the antenna panel activation delay. The scheduling offset may be selected to be at least the length of the antenna panel activation delay if it is expected that the wireless device may perform antenna panel activation to receive the transmission. The cellular base station may schedule the transmission to the wireless device using the selected scheduling offset, and may perform the transmission to the wireless device at the selected scheduling offset after scheduling the transmission to the wireless device.
