The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method for transmitting uplink control information and to an apparatus for the same. The present invention relates to a method and to a device for said method which comprises the steps of selecting one uplink control channel resource corresponding to a plurality of HARQ-ACKs from among a plurality of uplink control channel resources, and transmitting a bit value corresponding to the plurality of HARQ-ACKs by using the selected uplink control channel resource.

The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for transmitting uplink signals to a plurality of transmission points in a wireless communication system, comprising: receiving information on at least one parameter set group through upper layer signaling, wherein each of the at least one parameter set group includes a plurality of parameter sets; detecting a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) comprising indication information for indicating specific parameter sets which belong to one of the parameter set groups from among the at least one parameter set group; and transmitting a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) by using the specific parameter set, wherein each of the plurality of parameter sets includes information on a power control parameter and information on timing advance (TA) for transmitting the PUSCH signal.

According to the present invention, user equipment synchronizes a specific component carrier with an NCT-type component carrier with respect to time and/or frequency. The cell synchronization method for synchronizing predetermined cells by user equipment according to the present invention may include receiving reference cell information relating to a first synchronization reference cell for the predetermined cells, acquiring first synchronization information from the first synchronization cell based on the reference cell information, and performing the synchronization of the predetermined cells based on the first synchronization information.

The present invention relates to a method of transmitting uplink control information (UCI), which is transmitted by a user equipment in a wireless communication system. In particular, the method includes the steps of receiving first offset information associated with uplink control information (UCI) transmission in uplink subframes according to uplink-downlink configuration of a serving cell and receiving a power control parameter configuring a first uplink power control subframe set and a second uplink power control subframe set for the uplink subframes. In this case, the first uplink power control subframe set and the second uplink power control subframe set are configured to be independently applied by an offset for transmitting the uplink control information.

Provided are a method and an apparatus for controlling transmission power in a wireless communication system. A wireless device is connected to a first serving cell utilizing a licensed band and a second serving cell utilizing a non-licensed band. The transmission power from the second serving cell is determined by considering the clear channel assessment (CCA) coverage of the wireless device or the second serving cell.

A method and a base station for transmitting downlink data to a user equipment configured with a plurality of serving cells; and a method and a user equipment configured with a plurality of serving cells for receiving downlink data are discussed. The method for transmitting downlink data according to an embodiment includes transmitting a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) carrying a downlink grant through a scheduling cell; and transmitting a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) carrying the downlink data through a scheduled cell. A primary cell (PCell) group is configured with a PCell and zero or more secondary cells (SCells), and an SCell group is configured with one or more SCells. The scheduled cell belongs to the PCell group when the scheduling cell belongs to the PCell group, and the scheduled cell belongs to the SCell group when the scheduled cell belongs to the SCell group.

A method is provided for transmitting and receiving at least one of control information and a response signal at a user equipment (UE) in a carrier aggregation based wireless communication system. A first cell group having a primary cell (PCell) is configured. A second cell group having one or more secondary cells (SCells) is configured. A procedure of transmitting and receiving at least one of specific cell-related control information and a response signal is performed. If the first cell group and the second cell group are managed by a same base station, at least one of the control information and the response signal is transmitted and received on the first cell group or the second cell group. If the first cell group and the second cell group are managed by different base stations, at least one of the control information and the response signal is transmitted and received only on one of the first cell group or the second cell group according to control information type.

A method of transmitting uplink control information at a communication apparatus configured with a plurality of cells including a first cell and a second cell in a wireless communication system is provided. A first set of one or more Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) signals is received within M downlink subframes through the first cell, where M≧1. A second set of zero or more PDSCH signals is received within N downlink subframes through the second cell, where N≧1. Acknowledgment information is transmitted on an uplink subframe. The acknowledgment information includes acknowledgment information for the first set and acknowledgment information for the second set. A PDSCH signal without a corresponding Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) signal is present among the first set.

The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and, particularly, to a method and a device therefor, the method comprising the steps of: receiving first uplink resource allocation information from a base station, wherein the first uplink resource allocation information includes information indicating a subframe set and TPC range indicating information; transmitting second uplink resource allocation information to the base station, wherein the second uplink resource allocation information includes a TPC value selected by a user equipment in the TPC range determined on the basis of the TPC range indicating information; and transmitting uplink data to the base station in the subframe set, wherein the transmission power for the uplink data is set on the basis of the TPC value, the subframe set includes multiple subframe groups, and the TPC range is changed in a unit of subframe groups according to the predefined pattern.
