Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for transmitting and detecting downlink control information. The method involves determining a state of resource allocation in a downlink transmission time period, the resource allocation corresponds to allocation of at least one downlink transmission resource region; and transmitting downlink control information on a preset resource in the at least one downlink transmission resource region, the downlink control information being used for scheduling at least one terminal to perform data transmission in the downlink transmission resource region. The method also involves detecting the downlink control information on the preset resource in the downlink transmission time period; determining, according to the detected downlink control information, a data transmission region indicated by the downlink control information; and detecting follow-up downlink control information according to the data transmission region. By using the present invention, downlink control information can be transmitted at a fixed position in each downlink transmission time period, and multiple transmission time intervals of different lengths are supported, so that rich service types in the future can be better supported.

Abstract: A default quality of service (QoS) control method and device for solving the problem in the prior art that there is no solution for generating a default QoS rule for a NextGen network. In embodiments of the present disclosure, an SMF entity determines a target PCC rule from at least one PCC rule sent by a PCF entity; the SMF entity generates, according to the target PCC rule, a default QoS rule corresponding to a PDU session, and sends the default QoS rule to a UE. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, because the connectivity and QoS control of the PDU session are ensured, and the target PCC rule used by the SMF to generate the default QoS rule is determined by the PCF entity for a PDU session of the UE, the precise control for a specific UE and a specific PDU session is implemented, and the system performance is further improved.

When transmitting data by using continuous scheduling resources, determining the continuous scheduling resource allocation table; after the transmission time interval length and/or channel condition at the time of transmission is determined, determining the continuous scheduling resource according to the mapping relationships in the continuous scheduling resource allocation table; transmitting data using the continuous scheduling resource. Using the present scheme, even if the transmission time interval varies, the continuous scheduling resources can still be used for data transmission.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a resource allocation method and apparatus for resolving a technical issue of a conflict of transmission resources used by user equipment adopting mode 3 and user equipment adopting mode 4. The method comprises: a base station determining whether a shared transmission resource pool shared by first-mode user equipment and second-mode user equipment includes available resources, wherein a transmission resource of the first-mode user equipment is allocated by the base station, and a transmission resource of the second-mode user equipment is selected from the shared transmission resource pool; and if the base station determines that the shared transmission resource pool includes available resources, the base station allocating, on the basis of the available resources, a transmission resource to the first-mode user equipment.
