Abstract: A method and a device for two-step contention based random access are provided. The method includes: sending, by a user equipment (UE), an Msg1 message; and determining that two-step random access of the user equipment is successful, in a case that a UE identifier carried in the Msg1 message is a cell radio network temporary identifier (C-RNTI) and physical layer scheduling signaling addressed based on the C-RNTI is received by the user equipment. For two-step contention based random access, if the UE identifier carried in the Msg1 message is a C-RNTI, the user equipment determines that the two-step random access is successful in a case that the physical layer scheduling signaling addressed based on the C-RNTI is received by the user equipment. In this way, the two-step contention based random access can be achieved.

Abstract: A method and a device for contention-based random access are provided. The method includes: sending, by a terminal side device, an Msg1 corresponding to a two-step contention-based random access to a network side device; receiving, by the terminal side device, an Msg2 returned by the network side device, wherein if the terminal side device determines a failure of the two-step contention-based random access occurs according to a receiving condition of the Msg2 message, the terminal side device performs a handling procedure for the failure of the two-step contention-based random access. The Msg2 message is determined by the network side device according to a receiving condition that the network side device receives the Msg1 message.

Abstract: Disclosed are a data transmission method and device for device to device (D2D) communication, the method comprising: determining D2D communication destinations corresponding to a user equipment (UE) of a transmitting end; allocating a corresponding resource for each D2D communication destination; according to the resource corresponding to each D2D communication destination, generating a medium access control protocol data unit (MAC PDU) corresponding to the D2D communication destinations, and transmitting the MAC PDUs using the resource corresponding to the D2D communication destinations. The present invention separately generates a MAC PDU for each D2D communication destination of a UE of a transmitting end, thus preventing the data from one device to different D2D communication destination devices from being multiplexed into one MAC PDU, further reducing header overhead of the MAC PDU and eliminating unnecessary blind detection of a device of a receiving end, thereby saving power.

Abstract: A method for transmitting downlink data, a base station and a user equipment are provided. The method includes: generating, by a base station, on reception of downlink traffic data sent by a core network to a user equipment in a light connection state, a triggering message based on an identifier of the user equipment in the light connection state; and controlling, based on the triggering message, the user equipment in the LC state to recover to a connection state. Furthermore, the downlink traffic data may be sent to the user equipment which has been restored to the connection state.

Abstract: Disclosed are a data transmission method and apparatus. In embodiments of this application, a virtual cell comprising multiple cells can be configured, and data transmission can be implemented by time-division multiplexing among the cells, so that transmission carriers for a terminal service can be flexibly adjusted. Particularly, under the condition that transmission is deployed on an unlicensed spectrum resource, multiple cells operating on an unlicensed frequency band are aggregated into one virtual cell, and data transmission is implemented by time-division multiplexing among the cells; therefore, the interference in different frequency domains can be reduced and the system transmission efficiency can be improved.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method, device and system for transmitting uplink information, which are used for solving the problem that the existing UE uplink transmission mechanism may increase the load of a Macro eNB and increase the uplink interference among UEs, and is not beneficial to power saving of UEs. The method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: a macro eNB determining an uplink transmitting node used for receiving uplink information about a UE this time from a transmission node connected to the UE; determining the effective time of the uplink transmission node determined this time; and after the effective time of the uplink transmitting node determined this time has arrived, receiving the uplink information sent by the UE through the uplink transmitting node determined this time. Under a heterogeneous network, the embodiments of the present application can flexibly determine an appropriate uplink transmission node to transmit uplink information, thereby reducing the load of the Macro eNB, reducing the interference among various UEs, improving the system throughput, and saving the electric quantity of the UEs.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for reporting power headroom in a carrier aggregation context. By applying the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, PHR MAC CE and a corresponding MAC sub-header are determined according to the number of uplink component carriers needing to report power headroom and a type of the power headroom to be reported, and indication information such as length information of the PHR MAC CE, type information of the power headroom, and information about whether the power headroom is virtual power headroom is carried therein, so that a base station can precisely obtain the power headroom of each uplink component carrier. In this way, the problem that the PHR MAC CE format in the current LTE Rel-8/9 is not applicable to an LTE-A system is solved.
