A current balancing circuit includes a voltage detecting circuit having a detecting diode, and a control switch having an input part and an output part, the input part is coupled in series to the detecting diode and disposed opposite to the detecting diode for detecting abnormal and/or reverse voltages and for preventing electric circuits or facilities from being damaged by the abnormal and/or reverse voltages. The input part may be a photodiode having a positive or negative side coupled to the negative or positive side of the detecting diode. A resistor or a divider diode may be used to protect the voltage detecting circuit.
Abstract:
A biomaterial prepared from a process comprising dehydrating the fish scales until the fish scales containing less than about 50% of water, and grinding the dehydrated fish scales into ground particles each having an average size of less than about 10,000 μm in diameter, wherein the ground particles contain a mixture of sponge like matrix and powder is provided. The invention also provides a biomaterial prepared from fish scales by a process comprising subjecting the fish scales to a heat treatment at a temperature of less than about 200° C.
Abstract:
Electronic apparatus and method for decryption, electronic apparatus and method for inputting password encryption, and system comprising said apparatuses are provided. The electronic apparatus comprises a detection unit, a generation unit, and a decryption unit. The detection unit is configured to detect a biological feature. The generation unit is configured to generate a key and a copied key according to the biological feature. The decryption unit is configured to decrypt an encrypted text by a decryption algorithm according to the key to get an input password. The input password is used to decide whether the electronic apparatus can be operated or not. The apparatus for inputting password encryption encrypts the input password by the copied key. The methods are executed to achieve functions of the aforementioned apparatuses.
Abstract:
A display device includes a display panel, a back light module, a printed circuit board and a ground slice. The back light module includes a first frame, a second frame and a light source disposed between the first frame and the second frame. The first frame has a first side plate having an opening, and the second frame has a second side plate opposite to the first side plate. The printed circuit board includes a control circuit electrically connected to the display panel. The printed circuit board is disposed at a side of the back light module, and the control circuit is disposed at the outer side of the first side plate and the second side plate, such that the control circuit is opposite to the second side plate through the opening. The ground slice is connected between the control circuit and the second side plate through the opening.
Abstract:
A package having ESD (electrostatic discharge) and EMI (electromagnetic interference) preventing functions includes: a substrate unit having a ground structure and an I/O structure disposed therein; at least a semiconductor component disposed on a surface of the substrate unit and electrically connected to the ground structure and the I/O structure; an encapsulant covering the surface of the substrate unit and the semiconductor component; and a metal layer disposed on exposed surfaces of the encapsulant and side surfaces of the substrate unit and electrically insulated from the ground structure, thereby protecting the semiconductor component against ESD and EMI so as to improve the product yield and reduce the risk of short circuits.
Abstract:
An approximation method for SNR soft information for a transmitter of a communications system includes obtaining a conditional probability density function (PDF) corresponding to a response message of a transmitted packet, obtaining a PDF of a probability distribution model, and a mean and a variance of the PDF, by approximating the conditional PDF corresponding to the response message with the probability distribution model, and calculating a second mean and a second variance of a second PDF approximated to a conditional PDF of SNR corresponding to the transmitted packet according to the mean and the variance of the PDF, and a first mean and a first variance of a first PDF approximated to a conditional PDF of SNR corresponding to another transmitted packet immediately preceding the transmitted packet.
Abstract:
A method for performing block management is provided. The method is applied to a controller of a Flash memory, where the Flash memory includes a plurality of blocks. The method includes: adjusting a dynamic threshold according to at least one condition; and comparing a valid/invalid page count of a specific block of the plurality of blocks with the dynamic threshold to determine whether to erase the specific block. An associated memory device and a controller thereof are also provided, where the memory device includes the Flash memory and the controller. In particular, the controller includes a read only memory (ROM) arranged to store a program code, and further includes a microprocessor arranged to execute the program code to control access to the Flash memory and manage the plurality of blocks, where under control of the microprocessor, the controller operates according to the method.
Abstract:
A method for maintaining address mapping for a flash memory module is disclosed including: recording a first set of addresses corresponding to a first set of sequential logical addresses in a first section of a first addressing block; recording a second set of addresses corresponding to a second set of sequential logical addresses in a second section of the first addressing block; recording a third set of addresses corresponding to a third set of sequential logical addresses in a first section of a second addressing block; and recording a fourth set of addresses corresponding to a fourth set of sequential logical addresses in a second section of the second addressing block; wherein the second set of logical addresses is successive to the first set of logical addresses, and the third set of logical addresses is successive to the second set of logical addresses.
