Abstract:
A control system for a vehicle powered by a fuel cell includes a voltage conversion device that communicates with the fuel cell through a voltage bus and a propulsion system that is selectively powered by the fuel cell through the voltage bus and that selectively generates a ripple current in the voltage bus. The voltage conversion device is regulated to selectively generate a counter-ripple current that reduces the ripple current.

The communication medium is electrically coupled between the plurality of busbars and the interface. The communication medium is configured to provide information to the interface based at least in part on the electric current transported by the plurality of busbars. The clip assembly is electrically coupled between the plurality of busbars and the communication medium.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for automatically placing a sheet of glass in a glass frame. The apparatus includes a frame, a carriage, a first gripper, and a second gripper. The carriage is movably mounted to the frame to automatically move between a first position where the carriage is by a stack of glass sheets on a glass rack to a second position where the carriage is by the glass frame. The first gripper is movably mounted to the carriage and moves relative to the carriage to automatically engage the sheet of glass from the stack of glass sheets on the glass rack at the first position of the carriage and to automatically release the sheet of glass at the second position of the carriage. The second gripper automatically engages the sheet of glass when the first gripper automatically releases the sheet of glass at the second position of the carriage, and then automatically places the sheet of glass in the glass frame.
Abstract:
A suspension structure for a ceiling fan includes a suspension rod, a support disk secured to the suspension rod, a locking block slidably mounted on the suspension rod, and a slide cover rotatably mounted on the suspension rod. The support disk is provided with a tubular base secured on a lower end of the suspension rod. An outer thread is formed on a lower end of the tubular base. A plurality of locking openings are laterally defined in the tubular base. The locking block is provided with a plurality of locking inserts each secured in a respective locking opening of the tubular base of the support disk. The slide cover defines a receiving chamber for receiving the locking block and the tubular base therein. An inner thread is formed on a lower end of the receiving chamber of the slide cover and is engaged with the outer thread of the tubular base of the support disk.
Abstract:
A ceiling fan bracket has a first end connected to a ceiling fan blade and a second end of the ceiling fan bracket has two L-shaped wings. A connector is connected to the second end of the ceiling fan bracket and has two tongues. A motor casing has a plurality of L-shaped holes and each L-shaped hole includes a wide portion located close to a center of the motor casing and a narrow portion located close to a periphery of the motor casing. Each wing is engaged with the narrow portion of the L-shaped hole and each tongue is engaged with the wide portion of the L-shaped hole. The eccentric force applied to the ceiling fan bracket secures the ceiling fan bracket to the L-shaped hole in the motor casing.
Abstract:
A power module system for a vehicle includes a circuit board, a power transistor mounted to the circuit board, and a temperature sensor mounted to the circuit board in a sensing location remote from the power transistor. The temperature sensor is configured to measure a real-time temperature at the sensing location. The system also includes a processor coupled to the temperature sensor to generate a predicted real-time silicon temperature for the power transistor from the measured real-time temperature at the sensing location. The predicted real-time silicon temperature is generated using a selected calibration curve that corresponds to a current operating state of the vehicle.
Abstract:
A filter for an automotive electrical system includes a substrate having first and second conductive members. First and second input terminals are mounted to the substrate. The first input terminal is electrically connected to the first conductive member, and the second input terminal is electrically connected to the second conductive member. A plurality of capacitors are mounted to the substrate. Each of the capacitors is electrically connected to at least one of the first and second conductive members. First and second power connectors are mounted to the substrate. The first power connector is electrically connected to the first conductive member, and the second power connector is electrically connected to the second conductive member. A common mode choke is coupled to the substrate and arranged such that the common mode choke extends around at least a portion of the substrate and the first and second conductive members.
Abstract:
Systems, apparatus, and methods are provided for discharging a voltage bus using a transistor. An exemplary gate drive circuit associated with the transistor includes a pulse generation module having an input and an output and a switched capacitance arrangement coupled between the output and a reference voltage node. The pulse generation module is configured to generate a voltage pulse at its output in response to a control signal at the input. In one embodiment, the control signal results in the voltage pulse having a duty cycle that operates the transistor associated with the gate drive circuit in a linear mode when the switched capacitance arrangement is activated.
