Abstract:
Provided are a method and an apparatus for isolating stromal cells from biological tissue without using an enzyme, in which spontaneous migration of the stromal cells of the biological tissue is induced to move the stromal cells to the outside of the biological tissue, wherein the induction of the spontaneous migration of the stromal cells is performed in a state in which the biological tissue is attached to an attachment member formed of a material to which biological tissue is attachable, and is performed in a culture medium in which the stromal cells can survive.
Abstract:
A syringe piston used in fat transplantation is structured such that free oil is easily separated from suctioned fat by a syringe piston having a filter and naturally discharged through the rear side thereof. The syringe piston without a shaft, used in fat transplantation, disposed in a syringe-shaped cylindrical vessel, includes a piston body without the shaft, a packing coupled with an outer surface of the piston body to seal between the piston body and the syringe-shaped cylindrical vessel, a free oil discharging hole communicated with the front side and the rear side of the piston body, an opening and closing device for opening and closing the free oil discharging hole, and a filtering device disposed in a passage through which free oil is discharged to filter fat and pass the free oil.
Abstract:
Provided is a syringe pressure generating and pressure displaying device applied to a syringe configured such that an auxiliary device is detachably attached to the cylinder flange while the rod bar is installed in the auxiliary device so as to pass therethrough, and a grip of the hand on a lever that is hinge-connected to the auxiliary device so as to be disposed horizontally in line with the syringe creates a rotational motion due to leverage, whereupon the rotational motion is converted into a linear motion via a motion-converting means, and the rod bar and the piston are moved with increased force.

Abstract:
Disclosed is an injection needle for plastic surgery prefilled with one or more surgical threads for wrinkle removal. The injection needle for plastic surgery is designed to have a sharp tip through which the surgical threads are inserted into a human body and a hollow cylindrical injection portion accommodating the surgical threads therein. Each of the surgical threads is 0.8 to 10 cm long and has a plurality of projections in different directions. The projections are symmetrically formed with respect to the axis of the thread to gather soft tissues of the skin or to stretch epidermal tissues.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a closed loop fat transplantation system newly designed to aspirate a fat, to handle it without receptacle transfer and to transplant it into the human body, which is composed of a fat transplantation receptacle (hereinafter referred as FT receptacle) and an exterior mechanical pressurization and decompression means. The said FT receptacle includes a vertical hem portion where joining selectively individual syringe needle or cannelae, a cylinder-shaped receptacle into front fat storing space and rear pressurization and decompression space. The said pressurization and decompression means can give positive/negative pressure to the fat storing space through the piston head of the said FT receptacle and it has a structure separable from the said FT receptacle. Accordingly, fat transplantation can be performed without receptacle transfer using the same FT receptacle extracting fat from patient's body giving negative pressure through the piston head to the fat storing space.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a facial bone contouring device for use in facial bone contouring surgery and bone tumor and/or osteophyte removal. The facial bone contouring device comprises: a rasp (10), having a double tube structure, including a rod (11), and a cutter (13) provided with plural grooves (13c) for exhausting cut bone fragments, a saline solution feeding passage (15) and a bone fragment exhausting passage (14); a powered surgical handpiece (40) connected to the rasp (10) for providing linear reciprocating motion to the rasp (10); a saline solution feeding unit (30) for feeding saline solution to the saline solution feeding passage; and a suction unit (20) for sucking and exhausting the cut bone fragments, wherein bone cutting is performed under the condition that the saline solution is fed into the rasp, and the cut bone fragments are exhausted together with the saline solution so that the bone cutting is continuously performed.
