摘要： A safety device for an open-type combustor such as a room-type oil stove which is capable of quickly extinguishing the flame of the combustor upon the occurrence of oxygen starvation but which does not operate unnecessarily during ordinary shut-off operations. A thermally deformable element is mounted in the vicinity of a wick guide cylinder or the like for detecting changes in temperature in case of abnormal combustion. An interlock body provided through an operating lever operates an automatic fire-extinguishing unit in response to the thermally deformable element. An engagement/locking portion is provided in the vicinity of the thermally deformable element for engaging and locking the interlock body.

摘要： In a scene recognition photographing device of the present invention, a feature quantity of an acquired image acquired from an image pickup element is calculated from the acquired image. Plural types of reference feature information having a feature quantity serving as a reference at the time of determining a composition are stored as a database in an internal memory or a storage device. Moreover, a camera control unit retrieves reference feature information having a feature quantity similar to the feature quantity of the acquired image from among the reference feature information by comparing the calculated feature quantity and the reference feature information. Then, information relating to composition is displayed on a display device on the basis of a result of comparison between the acquired image and the retrieved reference feature information.

A surgical operation image acquisition/display apparatus comprises an observation section, an image display section and a specifying section. The observation section includes a plurality of observation sections whose position and orientation is modifiable. The image display section is adapted to alternatively display any of the images obtained by the observation sections or synthetically combine and display the combined images. The specifying section specifies the image to be displayed to the image display section according to the position and orientation of the observation section.
