According to such a method, it is possible to efficiently perform the positioning of the UE, regardless of the location of the UE, thereby improving the quality of the positioning service.

Accordingly, even if an electric wave environment of the target SET is changed or a positioning method is changed, the H-SLP can rapidly and efficiently perform a positioning because it always recognizes a currently available positioning method.

    摘要: A system and a method for providing a mobility event triggered service of a target set and the target set are provided. When a mobility triggered service is started, a target set stores a unique identifier related to an area where the target set itself is currently located, and compares a unique identifier stored at present while identifiers are continuously stored during an agreed time interval in the mobility triggered service with the unique identifier related to the area where the target set itself is currently located. If there is the difference between two unique identifiers, the target set stores the unique identifier related to the area where the target set itself is currently located, and with determination of its movement, determines that an event of the mobility triggered service happens. Then, the target set reports the occurrence of the event to an H-SLP, and the H-SLP begins to calculate position values of the target set according to a set condition of a current mobility triggered service. Next, the H-SLP transmits the calculated position value to a SUPL agent. Thus, if a position of the target set changes, the SUPL agent can detect a change of the position of the target set or can be supplied with information on a current position according to the position change of the target set.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for forming banks during the fabrication of electronic devices incorporating an organic semiconductor material that includes preparing an aqueous coating composition having at least a water-soluble polymer, a UV curing agent and a water-soluble fluorine compound. This coating composition is applied to a substrate, exposed using UV radiation and then developed using an aqueous developing composition to form the bank pattern. Because the coating composition can be developed using an aqueous composition rather than an organic solvent or solvent system, the method tends to preserve the integrity of other organic structures present on the substrate. Further, the incorporation of the fluorine compound in the aqueous solution provides a degree of control over the contact angles exhibited on the surface of the bank pattern and thereby can avoid or reduce subsequent surface treatments.
