    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a mono- or polyphase electric motor including a stator carrying at least three coils and consisting of 12×N straight teeth extending radially, N being an integer greater than or equal to 1, and of an equal peak divergence alpha, measured at their end from the center of the motor, and a rotor exhibiting P pairs of magnetized poles such that P=5+2×R, P being a non-multiple of three, R being an integer greater than or equal to 0, alpha lying between 360°(12×N)/3 and 360°(12×N)/2.

    Abstract: An electrical machine includes a tubular rotor magnetised to have circumferential polar alternations, and a stator including a body that is traversed by a channel having an inner transverse section that substantially corresponds to the outer transverse section of the rotor, the body carrying a plurality of windings, the stator being surrounded by an outer ferromagnetic envelope, the body being extended by three, four or six radial projections made from an electrically insulating material having, in the transverse cross section, a longitudinal core for receiving a winding, the core being extended by a peripheral extension having an outer surface that matches the inner surface of the envelope and covers the wound area. A method for producing such an electrical machine is also provided.

    Abstract: A direct drive electromagnetic actuator includes a housing and a movable body extended by an actuating head. A resilient member exerts a force on the movable body toward an inoperative position. A coil interacts with the movable body so as to generate a second force on the movable body toward an operative position. The actuator further includes a shock-absorbing block movable with respect to the housing over at least a portion of the travel of the movable body and joined to the resilient member. The shock-absorbing block is compressed when the movable body is in the operative position. The actuator also includes a rigid abutment movable over at least a portion of the travel of the movable body between the inoperative position and the operative position, the rigid abutment coming into contact with a wall secured to the housing when the movable body is in the operative position.

    Abstract: A module for detecting a rotating handle intended to be attached on a tube of a handlebar of a vehicle next to the handle includes a cylindrical magnet, a probe for detecting the magnetic field produced by the magnet, a support for the probe, a printed circuit board whereon the probe is secured, a support for the magnet and a flange used as a housing for the module. The magneto-sensitive probe detects rotation of the magnetic field emitted by the magnet and is secured to the handlebar, with the magnet and magnet holder being secured to the handle. The magnet and magnet holder form a cavity so that the inner radial surface of the magnet is positioned outside and opposite the magneto-sensitive probe. The magnet has a continuously variable magnetization direction so that the total rotation of the angle of the magnetic field generated by the magnet at the measuring point during the mechanical rotation of the handle is greater than 180°.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a motorised air circulation valve including a gear motor, a valve body, and a rotary shaft provided with a shutter. The rotary shaft is rotated by the gear motor, where gear motor includes a set of reduction gears, a brushless electric motor formed by a rotor having N pairs of magnetised poles connected to a pinion of the set of reduction gears, and the pinion drives an output wheel rigidly connected to the rotary shaft. The electric motor includes a stator part having at least two coils, the stator part having two angular sectors, alpha1 and alpha2, of respective radii R1 and R2, with R1 being greater than R2, and the center of the radii and the angular sectors being defined relative to the center of rotation of the rotor. The angular sector alpha1 is defined by the angular deviation between the axes of the first and last coils considered in a circumferential direction of the motor, the angular sector alpha1 is less than 180° and includes the coils, the sector alpha2 is devoid of a fully fitted coil, an end of the gear motor defines a side of the gear motor, and the angular sector alpha2 of the stator part is positioned facing the side.

    Abstract: A position sensor, designed, in particular, for detecting torsion in a steering column, includes a first magnetized magnetic rotor structure comprising a plurality of magnets, two flux-collecting components, which define at least one air gap in which at least one magnetically sensitive element is positioned. Each collecting component has at least one primary collecting zone extended by at least one extension having at least one secondary collecting zone. The secondary collecting zones end in flattened shoes that form the two poles of the air gap. The transverse mid-plane of the air gap intersects at least one of the extensions.
