Abstract:
Systems and methods for detecting vulnerability of a server are provided. One system includes: a check server for collecting response information with respect to at least one predetermined command from one or more service servers that provide service, and thus may be attacked from outside, and detecting and analyzing vulnerabilities of the service servers based on the collected response information; an administration terminal for displaying the results of detecting and analyzing the vulnerabilities of the service servers; and a database for storing and managing pattern information concerning the detected vulnerabilities. One method includes identifying a server that may be attacked by port scanning, receiving response information with respect to at least one predetermined command from the identified server, detecting and analyzing vulnerability of the server based on the response information, and reporting the result of the detection to an administration terminal.
Abstract:
An electroactive polymer actuator and a method for manufacturing the electroactive polymer actuator are provided. The electroactive polymer actuator includes an actuator unit which is a laminate of a plurality of deformation layers; and a support layer which supports the actuator unit so that the actuator unit provides displacement corresponding to a voltage if the voltage is applied to the actuator unit. Therefore, it is possible to provide an electroactive polymer actuator suitable for a compact mobile device with a low driving voltage.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a micro-element package which can reduce a manufacturing cost and improve productivity by simplifying its structure and manufacturing process, and also can make contributions to miniaturization and thinness, and the micro-element package are provided. The method of the micro-element package including: providing a substrate having a micro-element on its top surface and a transparent cover having a groove on its bottom surface; attaching the transparent cover on the substrate, wherein the bottom surface of the transparent cover where the groove is formed faces the micro-element; exposing the groove by selectively eliminating the transparent cover; and dicing the substrate along the exposed groove.

An image pickup device includes a sensor substrate having image sensors arranged in its image pickup region in the form of a matrix. An interlayer insulating film layer is formed below a bottom of the sensor substrate. The interlayer insulating film layer includes wiring layers to construct an electric circuit. The wiring layer is electrically connected with the image sensors. A support substrate is attached on a bottom of the interlayer insulating film layer. The support substrate has contact electrodes formed in via holes. A lens layer is formed over the top surface of the sensor substrate to be opposite to the interlayer insulating film layer. A light-transmitting member is formed over the lens layer.
Abstract:
A varifocal optical device is provided. The varifocal optical device includes an optical lens, an actuator unit connected with the optical lens and having two areas that are bending-deformed in opposite directions to each other when a voltage is applied thereto, and a supporting unit to support the actuator unit, so that a focus of the optical lens is varied by the bending deformation when the voltage is applied to the actuator unit. Thereby, a driving displacement of the varifocal optical lens can be maximized.

An apparatus and method for printing by using a toolbar button is provided. The apparatus includes a user interface for receiving printing options to be selected by using the toolbar button, and a controller for creating the toolbar button to allow a user to print the file based on a selected printing option and inserting the created toolbar button into a host application. Accordingly, the user can print the file by setting a desired printer and printing option by using the toolbar button without using an additional user interface.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an optical fiber block having holding sub-blocks. The optical fiber block comprises: an optical fiber arrangement section having a V-groove array including a plurality of V-grooves; a stress-relieving recess section extending from the optical fiber arrangement section, the stress-relieving recess section having a flat surface on which a ribbon optical fiber is fixed, the flat surface being formed to be substantially lower than the lower ends of the V-grooves by etching; and at least one holding sub-block formed on a rear portion of the side edge of the flat surface of the stress-relieving recess section, so as to prevent the ribbon optical fiber placed on the flat surface from escaping out of the flat surface and guide the flow of epoxy resin injected toward the ribbon optical fiber.
