    摘要: A scroll fluid machine comprises a stationary scroll fixed to a housing and an orbiting scroll that turns with a driving shaft. The stationary scroll comprises a stationary end plate having inner and outer stationary wraps and the orbiting scroll comprises an orbiting end plate having inner and outer orbiting wraps. Rotation of the orbiting scroll allows the inner and outer stationary wraps to engage with the inner and outer orbiting wraps respectively to form inner and outer volume-variable chambers. The two chambers have substantially the same compression ratio, so that substantially-equal low pressure gases are produced.

    摘要: A scroll fluid machine comprises fixed and orbiting scrolls. The fixed scroll has a fixed end plate having inner and outer fixed wraps and the orbiting scroll has an orbiting end plate having inner and outer wraps. Between the fixed and orbiting end plates, an annular partition wall is provided. The orbiting scroll is driven by an eccentric portion of a driving shat to form an inner compressing chamber in which the inner fixed wrap is engaged with the inner orbiting inside the annular partition wall and to form an outer compressing chamber in which the outer fixed wrap is engaged with the outer orbiting wrap between the annular partition wall and a housing. The inner compressing chamber communicates with a rear pressure chamber behind the orbiting end plate thereby preventing the orbiting end plate from being deformed or distorted.

    摘要: A scroll fluid machine comprises a stationary scroll and an orbiting scroll fitted on an eccentric portion of a driving shaft. The stationary scroll has a stationary end plate from which inner and outer stationary wraps project, and the orbiting scroll has an orbiting end plate from which inner and outer orbiting wraps project. Between the stationary and orbiting end plates, inner and outer annular partition walls are provided. Inside the inner partition wall, the inner stationary wrap is engaged with the inner orbiting wrap to form an expanding region, and between the inner and outer partition walls, the outer stationary wrap is engaged with the outer orbiting wrap to form a compressing region. A bore is formed through the orbiting end plate so that fluid expanded and cooled in the expanding region flows from the expanding region to rear surface of the orbiting end plate to cool the orbiting end plate.

    摘要: An acoustic fluid machine includes an acoustic resonator, a valve device, a piston, and an actuator. The acoustic resonator has a larger-diameter base and a smaller-diameter upper end. The valve device is provided on the upper end of the acoustic resonator and has a sucking hole and a discharge hole. The piston is provided in the base of the acoustic resonator and has a surface such that the distance between the upper end of the acoustic resonator and the upper surface of the piston is substantially constant over the whole surface of the piston. The actuator is connected to the piston and reciprocates the piston at high speed axially with a very small amplitude so that a gas is sucked into the acoustic resonator via the sucking hole and discharged via the discharge hole by virtue of pressure fluctuations within the acoustic resonator.
