    摘要: The rotating shaft is connected to the generator; the high-pressure steam s is introduced to the expansion chamber b through the guide passage; when the energy of the high-pressure steam s during expansion process revolves the revolving scroll, the generator regenerates electric power. The connecting housing is provided with the inlet opening and the outlet opening; the ventilation blades are fitted to the rotating shaft. When the ventilation blades rotate, the outside air is introduced (inside of the housing) from and through the inlet opening; the air passes by the air opening and the backside of the revolving scroll, and is discharged through the outlet opening. Thus, by the approach that the air passage is formed inside of the connecting housing and the scroll housing, the high-pressure steam s is prevented from being directed toward the backside of the revolving scroll.

    摘要: A sealing device includes a stationary member, an orbiting member, a tip end surface of which slides on an inner face of the stationary member, and a sealing member to be fitted into a sealing groove engraved on the tip end surface. A sliding contact surface of the sealing member is pressed onto an inner surface of the stationary member with a predetermined force to slide on the inner surface in order that fluid sealing is secured between the sliding contact surface of the sealing member and the inner surface of the stationary member. The sealing member is divided into two parts of an upper ring and a lower ring, with the upper ring contacting the sliding contact surface and the lower ring facing a bottom surface of the sealing groove.

    摘要: A resonator of an acoustic compressor is provided at each side of an actuator so that the two resonators are arranged side by side. Two pistons are provided at the inner ends of the resonators and actuated by the actuator. At the outer end of the each of the resonators, a gas is introduced into the resonator through a suction hole. When the pistons are actuated by the actuator, the gases in the two resonators are oscillated and compressed by the piston and discharged through discharge holes at the outer ends of the resonators.

    摘要: A scroll fluid machine comprises an orbiting scroll and front and rear stationary scrolls. The orbiting scroll is driven by a driving shaft via an eccentric portion and has front and rear orbiting scroll wraps. The front and rear stationary scroll have front and rear orbiting scroll wraps respectively. The orbiting scroll is revolved by the driving shaft with respect to the stationary scrolls while the front and rear orbiting scroll wraps are engaged with the front and rear stationary scroll wraps to create front compressing and rear expanding sections. Fluid expanded and cooled in the expanding section is used for cooling parts of the machine.

    摘要: An acoustic fluid machine such as an air compressor comprises an acoustic resonator, a valve device and a piston. Air is sucked into the resonator through the valve device at one end of the resonator. The piston at the other end of the resonator is reciprocated by an actuator to compress the air in the resonator to cause resonance to increase pressure of the air significantly. The inner surface of the resonator is suitably curved to comply with the formula of a half-period cosine function.

A scroll body comprises a stationary scroll and an orbiting scroll that is revolved with respect to the stationary scroll eccentrically. In the scroll-type fluid machine, a cooler is provided to cool high-temperature compressed air discharged from a discharge bore at the center of the stationary scroll.
